Their business model is a joke. This is why they are failing. Every time I visit my order is missing an added an ingredient. Last time it was guac this time it was Chimichurri. Both items that cost extra. Staff continues to not double check orders. Done spending money on an overpriced product that is constantly wrong and lacking ingredients

In the container it was more than half empty with lots of juice and the server was literally barely grabbing meat. I asked for more and he was acting like he was scared. I’ve never had this issue with any other person but if I’m paying for something I would like my monies worth of food. I wasn’t the only one who mentioned how he was skimping on the meat but yeah no. I would come back but he definitely needs to be trained on portions.

She then stops midway preparing my taco to tell the manager i was ordering 1 taco. He says its okay. Idk why this upsets her because she asks another worker to take care of me instead. Another customer points out that the worker always has a nasty attitude for some reason. Needless to say… I left out and got serviced at Coral Springs chipotle.. WITH NO ISSUE.. no nasty looks.. no asking management permission to make a MENU ITEM! Do better management.. people who dont know how to interact with customers shouldnt be in customer service roles.
