- OOO3 days ago1.0Blatantly scamming customers with inadequate portion sizes. I know what I'm paying for, so why am I getting less? What is the name of your GM? I want to know the bonus size they are receiving for this nonsense. I have worked at a chipotle. I've seen and demonstrated first-hand the proper portions weight on a scale. I've had to correct coworkers myself. These portions are laughably undersized, do better. On another note the food is ill prepared. The guacamole isn't properly made. It lacks the proper taste and texture. Guacamole is low on onions and lime while being overly salted. Rice is over salted and the fajitas were burnt. Staff were refused to correct portion sizes when asked. Shocked I'd notify other customers of their sleezy business practices. I wouldn't have to if they upheld the portions I'm paying for.
