    If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is the one and only restaurant I would strongly recommend avoiding.This is the closest Chipotle to me, but I now drive 30 minutes to the Old St. Augustine location because of how consistently bad this one is. Every single mobile order I’ve placed here has been messed up without exception and the responses from staff or management have been dismissive and inadequate.Most recently, I placed a $50 mobile order for three meals, and every single one was incorrect. Their solution? A free drink and a kids meal, which comes out to roughly $7. That response alone shows how little accountability there is at this location. The only reason I use mobile ordering in the first place is because the in-store dinner line regularly stretches to nearly a two-hour wait. Unfortunately, mobile orders don’t solve anything when they’re consistently wrong. I genuinely don’t like leaving negative reviews because I understand how they can impact a business, and I rarely ever do. But I feel strongly enough about this location that I want others to avoid it until serious changes are made especially in management. This place needs to get its act together.

    The "Mobile Order" priority here is a joke. I was at the end of the line for two bowls when they "ran out" of lettuce. I could see a full container on the mobile order line, but the staff refused to use it, saying it’s better to say no to a person standing in the store than to a mobile order. When a staff member named Britney finally grabbed some, she did it with a major attitude and started berating me. When I decided to leave because of her hostility, she told the other worker to throw the food away and said she "didn't give a crap" if I bought it or not. Completely unprofessional. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: I have already contacted corporate via your feedback form and received a generic, scripted apology that didn't address the specific behavior or the policy issues. Please don't reply with the same link; actually address the management and attitude problems at this location. They literally value a phone screen more than the customer standing right in front of them. Edit: Even after saying I already filled out their form and received a scripted reply, "Scott" tells me to do exactly that. Does Chipotle even care to read the reviews or do they just auto-reply?

    Went to this location the Sunday before Xmas. Walked in, noticed a line but I wasn't in a hurry. Noticed the trash was full but the restaurant was also full. When I finally made it to the front I was shocked. They were literally out of everything. I mean everything. They had written a sign and posted it at the front but that didn't even scratch the amount of items missing. It was then that I noticed the kitchen PILED in empty containers. I went ahead and got a bowl but it was just GROSS. As a mama, my heart broke for these young kids working and trying their best. They were friendly and apologetic but their management needs to replaced. Under no circumstances should this store have continued being open under these conditions. I am surprised these 4 - ONLY 4- staff members did not just walk out. This was not a staff issue. It was 100% a management issue. I suggested they put signs on the front door letting people know they don't have any food left and they just smiled. I felt horrible for them. Shame on you Chipotle... Corporate greed at its best. *I normally go to the Beachwalk location which is equally as awful and that is a brand new location. Whatever is happing in regional management needs to be reviewed.

    I've gone to the Chipotle numerous times over the last 2 years. Service is consistently subpar. Routinely if I'm in the store I will ask for something that I can see available and they will tell me to my face that it's not available. Such as chips or one of the ingredients that is in the side area for takeout orders but not in the main. You can't really mess up the additions but the meat. Whether it is pork, beef or chicken is routinely cooked improperly and buy improperly. I mean overcooked. They are also routinely out of normal regular items hours before the store closes or in the middle of the day even.

    I am unfortunately having to leave a not so great review for this location. I’ve been coming here for 5 five years & mostly great experience every time. Worst that’s happened before this was just missing items & unclean sitting area. Today was just a nightmare for me & probably everyone else who came in to get food. I made a normal order for pick up at 2:30pm & showed up at 2:40 to pick up. Walked in & saw a line of 20+ people & only one person taking orders…. I said glad I ordered ahead of time. Just to find out there was only one person handling the take out section… there was three other people all waiting for carry out orders at the same time as me. I could tell they were unhappy. I had to walk through a puddle of water to get to the online order shelf? Unsure where the water was coming from. There were paper towels on the floor, dirty tables everywhere, & literally food all over the place. Ended up waiting till 3pm to get my food, I will say the best part about this experience was the guy running the takeout section, he was awesome. He was grinding to get our orders out & updating everyone on the time it would take it get the food ready. I also saw the ONLY person running the dine in line literally take a bathroom break in the middle of a 20 person line… she was gone for 10 minutes!! I actually never even saw her come back before my food was ready. During this time the take out guy went & started handling the cashier to get people out the door! So shout out to that guy for going above & beyond. I only saw four people in the whole store… 1 cook, 1 carry out worker, one dine-in worker, & a busier. This is unacceptable & they were extremely short handed. Someone from corporate needs to have this addressed immediately. The work was good & no missing items. I will be back & I hope things are better. Please hire more workers to help this location run smoothly.
