Ordered take-out and the order was incorrect so I drove all the way back there to try to get my money back. The Barbacoa was completely shriveled up and I thought maybe it was something else. It looked like little snakes or worms. When I got there to get my return credited, she said they don’t give returns and I had to call the toll-free number which was torture. After wasting an hour of my life all they offered me was a free drink. It’s just much easier to do a credit card dispute than deal with them.

On friday, november 14th, i walked in at 10:25 pm after my shift, a bigger african american woman yelled at me to get out of the restaraunt n a demeaning and rude tone, simply because it was "too close to closing" (they close at 11), there was one dude mopping the floor he was chill, matter fact everyone else seemed pretty cool but her, she sucks, corporate, if your reading this, that one horrible interaction made me never want to eat at this establishment again, she was really mean.

I’ve loved Chipotle for years, and after moving to a new area I started going to the location closest to my home. Unfortunately, it has been consistently disappointing and, honestly, pretty disgusting. I’ve given this location multiple chances, hoping my first visit was just a fluke, but the issues happen every single time. They’re always out of something—rice, beans, toppings, or vinaigrette. I’ve asked for the vinaigrette with my salad at least six different times and not once have they had it. And this is usually in the middle of the afternoon, when there’s no reason they shouldn’t be able to prep more of the items they’re missing. Today was the worst visit yet. The garbage cans inside and outside were overflowing with flies swarming around them. The restaurant was dirty, and when I grabbed a cup for a drink, all of the straws were soaked in some kind of unidentified liquid. It was genuinely gross. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but this location has completely turned me off. It’s unfortunate because it’s the only one within a few miles of my home, but I’ll have to find somewhere else for my burrito bowls unless things improve here.

I visit this location frequently, but the quality and service have declined noticeably. The last few visits, they’ve been out of their lemonade and organic drink options, and the soda machine has been down. Today, every drink I tried was completely flat, and there was no ice available—only the Mandarin Fresca was even somewhat drinkable. When I brought this to the staff’s attention after trying multiple sodas from the fountain machine, the female employee I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She insisted everything was fine and refused to issue a refund for my nearly $4 drink, blaming the issue on the lack of ice. I don’t mind warm soda, I can add ice at home, but this wasn’t about temperature; it was about the drinks being flat and undrinkable. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand equipment and syrup issues happen. However, there’s no excuse for poor attitude or refusing to make it right for the customer. This location has gone downhill due to both the lack of stocked items and the unprofessional customer service.

I was appalled by the state of the restaurant today. There was only one patron when I walked in and I noticed every single table was dirty. I ordered my food and had to order the chicken instead of my usual barbacoa because it was so dry it looked like beef jerky and I was told they didn’t have anymore, it was 3:30 in the afternoon. They were also out of corn and the medium salsa. The vinaigrette dressing was not made correctly, it looked and tasted different than anytime I had it in the past. The ice machine was broken, no sign that it wasn’t working. The worst part was the giant pile of trash in the restaurant, there was no place to put our trash because of the mountain of trash. I watched an employee walk over and look at it and walk away and never change it the entire time I was in the restaurant. While I was eating there was only one other customer that dined in and they had to clean their own table off in order to sit down. I really enjoy chipotle and frequent this location, however, I believe the management needs coaching due to the state of the restaurant and the complete lack of care by the employees.
