Last two times I been here: out of carnitas, steak, Lettuce and cheese... at around 930pm, close at 11pm... no discount for the lack of ingredients, just a "sorry". Kitchen crew had all the cooking equipment pulled off the line, cleaning walls, hood and floor... line of customers out the door as always... complete lack of disregard for the customer... lettuce!!!? Cheese!!!? No more? Yeah you should offer free guacamole at least to make up for lack of basic ingredients. Lame

After I asked the worker to put a full scoop not a half scoop she grabbed the 1 peace of chicken left in the tin. My burrito was sopping wet from the grease from the bottom of the chicken pan. Will definitely go to the chipotle in beach walk the workers are so much nicer there.

Sink was dirty mirror was disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in weeks. Makes me wonder what else is not being taken care of. GROSS!
- EJEric JonesDec 14, 20251.0Been a loyal Chipotle customer since it first opened in Denver. When this location opened it was good for the first few years but lately it has gone downhill BADLY. Today was the final straw for me. 7 people in line and half of them gave up after one single employee was preparing the food while several other employees sat in the back talking and laughing. We waited about 20 minutes to get to order our food and the young lady preparing the food was incredibly slow and didn't seem to care about the ever growing line. Noticed food laying everywhere in the prep area which looked terribly unsanitary, lots of food laying around in the back as well. No one cared to clean it. Of the 12 or so tables 8 were so covered in food that they could not be used. Ordered chicken tacos with brown rice. As I took my first bite it felt like there were ROCKS inside of the tacos. Noticed it was the rice that was so hard that it could not be chewed or eaten safely. Was afraid of breaking a tooth (not exaggerating for effect I swear). Threw 2/3s of it away and will not be coming back ever again as prices go up and up and service/food quality drop considerably. Understand this is fast food and not a 5 star restaurant but this location is really mismanaged.
