He genuinely was trying to help her and asking clarifying questions regarding her order and he seemed to be new. She became severely rude raising her voice at him over TACOS. Another young lady took over the order and he made mine and my fiancés perfectly and even thanked us for our patience (we didn’t wait but may two minutes- pretty standard) once we were done making our order he wanted to make sure we didn’t need anything else. I had to tell him he was doing a great job after watching that interaction and seeing how he still treated my fiancé & I with kindness. This lady seemed to have impacted his morale a bit but he was still giving great service. Chipotle is lucky to have such a nice young man who is dedicated to delivering great service even when someone tries to belittle him.
