  I spent $58 on a to-go order for my family, and unfortunately the food was completely inedible. All four meals had rice that tasted like pure salt , it was overwhelming and absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the guacamole was also extremely salty, which made the whole order a waste. I order from Chipotle regularly and have never had an experience like this before, but this time my entire family couldn’t eat the food at all. It was very disappointing to spend that much money and end up throwing most of it away. I hope management pays closer attention to quality control and seasoning, because this was far below the standard I expect from Chipotle.

  Im sorry that i dont know anybody names but im not trying to be mean when describing these people but Thank you to the short Hispanic manger who works night and the black girl with glasses and mask who works front counter also night i dont know if she stills work there but those are the only 2 people who take there job seriously with good customer service and care the others are disrespectful when you ask for extra they get mean and nasty and start throwing stuff everywhere, DONT UBEREATS OR DOORDASH CHIPOTLE!!!! THEY THROW ANYTHING IN THE BOWL THEY WANT. I uber my mom a rice bowl and they put only 2 little teaspoons of rice and 3 big handful of lettuce and beans trying to hide how much rice they put in the bowl they basically played in the food cause they lazy my mom didn’t even eat the bowl it was messed up with too much lettuce and beans over rice but thats ok cause thats why i learned my lesson and now i will never doordash or Uber Eats chipotle again i will go in store where i dont have to worry bout portions or messy food i rather handle and deal with attitudes then food i payed for i cant even eat

  The food was fresh. The service was polite and fast. The prices are good for the portion of food that you get!

  I just received the worst food I could have hoped for. I haven't been to Chipotle in years and thought I would try it tonight. My whole dinner is in the trash. The sofritos bowl was ice cold, not even room temp but chilled cold. The chips were stale and the guac was way too salty. I had to trash the whole thing. I'm so upset to have to throw out my whole dinner. Never again!
