We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Came here for wings and ordered a large which cost an extra 50 cent. When I got the bag the container with fries was regular size. When questioned the girl at the window said she put extra fries at the bottom of the bag. That’s not right especially since I paid extra for a large just give me a large container.

    Just don’t. Ordered 2 of the BBQ Pretzel Buford combos with light customizations, 2 orders of the strawberry cheesecake bites, a chicken bites n fries box, and an order of mozzarella sticks to be delivered for my family because I had a migraine and couldn’t drive safely. I didn’t get the mozzarella sticks or the cheesecake bites at all, and BOTH burgers were WILDLY incorrect with ingredients added that are not on those burgers nor were they added in customization, and the buns were falling apart. The store refused to answer the several calls I made and I had to leave a voicemail requesting a refund. This is complete bullcrap.
