As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Close the whole location down.

Night shift has very horrible customer service crew members as well as the shift manager did not have hair nets or gloves with very nasty attitudes, I feel scammed I ordered CHEESECAKE BITES AND RECEIVED BURNT WRAPS WITH SOME TYPE OF NACHO CHEESE AND WHATEVER THAT WAS INSIDE BEFORE IT GOT BURNT NOT TO MENTION SAT THERE 30 MINUTES , I FEEL ROBBED I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS LOCATION . date- 11/2/25 9:40pm 0 out of 10 .

I paid for the new cheesecake bites and received some bites with meat and cheese inside ,soggy oily fries as well as a sloppy sandwich after a 15 minute wait I am beyond pissed at the service I received the way I was treated and I will not be spending a single penny at this location again if you don’t want the job you sign up for QUIT !!!
