As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We went back to our truck parked in a handicap spot ( BLUE PLACARD) permanent. We drove to the drive thru ( they use A,I to take your order ), we finished with that, this rude girl stated, I needed to back up and come back, I stated, I'm handicapped and that's not going to happen, she rudely had my wife's bank card, charged us for food we never got, then she said come to the other drive thru, I stated that's not going to happen, I asked for my card back, she handed back but she didn't mention she charged us for food that we did not receive, my wife called our bank and reported it as fraud because she knew I was handicap...because this place has video footage of this incident we called corporate and their requesting a copy of the video, corporate link. I'm contacting the Americans with disability act, because of the discrimination against me.... Our bank put this restaurant as a fraudulent business, because of how I was treated and they will be investigated.
