  Britt, Laci, Nallely, amirah did so good today.they were so sweet and understanding today was my first time coming to cava and they helped me so much and really showed me what customer service looks like. I have now raised my standards for how a fast food restaurant should be ran.

  I placed an order through Uber eats on February 23 at 5 PM for 15 bowls to be delivered at 11:45 AM on February 24 …at 11:30 AM on February 24, The Restaurant canceled my order which caused a huge problem for me in my day as I was catering a lunch for an office. Unacceptable would never go back.

  Was told that there was no chicken at 1032 when the store closes at 11pm heard cook tell them to say that and all food choices were taken away from the front to order anything. However online orders were filled up at the desk. Lying is one thing but to be preparing food with chicken in someone’s face is down right disrespectful. Get better workers with integrity.

  Gabby was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me right away and helped me figure out what I would enjoy most. She answered all of my questions and even let me sample some of the meats and sauces to help me decide. Overall, it was a great experience—she was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She truly deserves a raise!

  Last night I walked out in the midst of ordering my food!! I’m so upset because I wanted CAVA so bad but this location has declined. I should’ve known better when I saw lettuce all over the lettuce area. There was a gentleman in front of me it was his first time so instead of the employee making suggestions she literally just stared at him like he was dumb. So I helped him recommended the hummus crazy feta some toppings… The employee at the register an older lady with 2 piercings in her lip literally was the rudest most confrontational person. It’s my turn and I’m excited to add all the TOPPINGS INWANT she proceeds to tell me with and attitude “THATS NOT THE BOWL YOU ORDERED THATS A BUOLS YOUR OWN”!! Honestly who cares I explained if you charge me for every topping like you did the gentleman in front of me it’s fine! She continues to tell me what I’m asking for isn’t on the dirty food stained card she held in her hand. I walked away for in my car went to the grocery store and made my own steak with lettuce and sweet potato’s. I have zero plans to revisit this location their staff need to be retrained
