  ⭐️ 1 Star (and that’s generous) Cava, this was a masterclass in how to fail a customer. You left out every single one of the side dressings, the core of the meal, turning the order into something I don't want to eat. I spent $20 per bowl, which is already outrageous. And when I tried to fix it? No human support. None. Just a robotic loop that leads nowhere, making it impossible to resolve my shortage. For a company your size to force customers into an email-only black hole is astonishing. I expect a full refund, because what you delivered was not even close to what was ordered. This experience was sloppy, dismissive, and showed zero respect for your customers’ time. I will never order anything from Cava again and I will be deleting the app as soon as I get my full refund. Frustrated is an understatement.

  I came into CAVA extremely late about 20 minutes before closing Marti, Geniyah, Iris and Gabby were extremely helpful!! I was undecided on what I wanted to eat, and both Iris and Janiya helped me figure out my order and then because there was an extra bowl that another customer did not want, they gave it to me on the house so now I have lunch for tomorrow!! I always have a hard time finding healthy food to eat so extremely late at night and this just made my day!! Please make sure you pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed!!

  I've visited several CAVA locations now and unfortunately, this location by far has been the most unpleasant. When I arrived the employees were in conversation which seemed more important than assisting the customer. I was made feel as if I was intruding than valued. Being this was my first time at this CAVA location I can promise it will be my last!

  I just got food from Cava, and they unfortunately had an issue with their computers during checkout, making it not possible to pay with card until it was fixed. Not only were they extremely kind, calm, and patient with everyone, they were all professional and really showed support for each other. You can tell they take pride in the service they provide. I am so happy with my experience this evening, and I hope they are recognized for how well they manage everything during unpredictable situations. Thank you, Cava Riverside!

  I had a great experience with the customer service team — everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Tye, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Tye was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. It’s not often you come across someone that dedicated to great service. Highly recommend — thank you, Tye!
