Cava overall- great place and great food (this is reflected upon the riverside location)
But this location in town center is the most unorganized and rudest people to ever run one. I placed A mobile order at 8:33 it said estimated pick up at 9:10, standing in the store I see 4 people doing not one single thing and by that time it’s 9:35 with my order not done. Mind you people coming in at least 10-12 people got their orders quicker coming in rather than me doing a mobile order almost an hour before???
If you love cava the riverside location is much cleaner and more organized with better staff not this trash location in town center!!!

This location handles the lunch rush extremely well!!! The line can be out the door and the wait still isn’t that bad. Ms. Venicia is unmatched in her ability to get everyone’s orders started, keep the flow of the line, keep ingredients stocked, and does it all while cool, calm and collected. She’s the best! It’s my favorite lunch spot in the town center

I went in to place an order at 8:30, only 4 people working the whole store, took almost 10 minutes to even get started thats not my problem my problem is paying 17 dollars and having nothing available. No feta no corn everything was taken out like they were ready to close.

2 days in a row this is bullshit! I ordered on the cava website and they delivered and the sweet potato’s were not cooked the rice smelled and tasted like dish soap! Town center location is horrible! Then the night before the rice was overcooked they forgot the sweet potato’s and the corn and my
Sauce! I spent 30$ twice and it was not edible and they would not refund nothing but 15% when I couldn’t eat the food! I will never go to St. John’s location they put no effort in. Riverside is the best location! They need to fire whoever cooks at town center! Horrible. Serving hard uncooked sweet potato’s and then missing over half the ingredients and extra ingredients I paid for is insane.

This is my first time visiting cava! My friend go there all the time and invited me to lunch. We go in , it was very clean and busy! The lady on the first station was kind of rude and wasn’t really helping out with my questions . I didn’t let it bother me. I continued to order and we got our drinks . In the middle of getting our drinks the manager JAMAR walk to us and ask was everything ok. We proceeded to tell him our problem , and he resolved it immediately! JAMAR was helping , had tons of knowledge about the menu and answer all my questions ! If it wasn’t for him I would not go back ! But he was a pleasure!! I’ll definitely be back for more !!!!!!
