From the moment I arrived, the staff appeared rushed, dismissive, and uninterested in providing proper customer service. Communication was minimal, and questions were answered with little effort or courtesy. There was no attempt to explain options or ensure the order was correct, which made the experience feel impersonal and poorly managed. A basic level of attentiveness and respect for customers was missing throughout the visit. I expect mistakes to happen occasionally, but a lack of professionalism and courtesy should not be standard. Unfortunately, this experience does not meet the level of service a customer should expect, and I would not recommend this location based on my visit.
- ILIsrael Lary4 days ago1.0Showed up at 9:30 PM after driving 20 minutes across Jacksonville to get to this place. Their hours posted our 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM. When I walked in the door I was greeted with “ good evening, we are out of harissa, chicken, steak, corn, feta…” I stopped him right there and turned around and walked out. If you have posted hours, and you’re gonna be open, at least make a small effort to service the customers that keep your doors open. Never coming back to this location. Extremely disappointed. Do better.
- CECarey Elfring4 days ago3.0I did a take out order tonight to make dinner easy. The food was ready on time. However the kids meal cups were not in the bag, so I had to ask for them. The person running the register seemed annoyed. Then I got home (I live on the Northside) and realize I have none of the sauces I asked for. Which is super disappointing. Other than that the food tastes pretty good. I really like the white sweet potatoes.
- DDDaija6 days ago1.0Customer service is a HARD ZERO/10, STOP burning out your employees so they can preform with better attitudes, ESPECIALLY night shift, they HATEEEEEE their job & literally looked defeated! I asked for the garlic chicken bowl three times, instead of the employee saying they no longer carry it, she just mugged me as if I need to hurry up & order, & yes the digital menu was down, so I didn’t know it was no longer there, it’s like a dark cloud EVERYTIME I walk in here, never going back, I’ll try another location.

I decided to write a review because an employee John (I hope I remembered his name correctly) was super friendly, greeted me when I came in and also prepared my bowl with alot of care. Awesome service!!
