  My wife stopped in yesterday (03/06/2026) to pick herself up some lunch. She ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria chicken dinner. After getting to her destination about 20 minutes away she started to eat her food. 2 bites in and the whole middle was raw. This is inexcusable and you need better temp control and cook staff.

  Maria was spot on as a waitress. She listened And was great at making sure everything was right. It was my birthday and it was such a nice time. I really love Carrabbas and Maria made it a special night.

  Me and my boyfriend ordered takeout for our anniversary tonight and the food was on point and the service was on point. Emily was phenomenal she greeted us as soon as we pulled into the pick up spot, had a smile on her face and even told me about the complementary appetizer when you join the dine rewards!! we will definitely come back and use it soon!

  It had been years since my sister and I had the opportunity to go to Carrabba's. I was pleasantly surprised how everything was as great as I had remembered!! Our server was excellent and very professional! He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything had such a very good flavor. I will make sure I look for him the next time I get an opportunity to eat there again because of his great service.

  I recently ordered delivery (direct from their website, the coupons are 10/10) and apparently they were having issues with orders not being assigned in their delivery system. I received a call from the curbside manager, who was extremely apologetic and offered me the option to come get my order (freshly remade) in addition to receiving a full refund. It was no problem, and when I got to the location Emily met me with my order immediately. She was so kind and again, very apologetic for the inconvenience and delay. They had included several free items in my order as well. The food was hot and delicious as always! Life happens including mistakes, technology is flawed, and it's not a big deal. I hope people didn't give them too horrible of a time because you could tell they were -stressed-. The staff here is fantastic, and always responsive. I will be ordering again.
