Our server was Jenn and she was excellent! This was our first time eating at Carrabba's and she was able to recommend the perfect selections for dinner. She was extremely attentive and friendly. We were also able to meet Will, whi is the manager and he was very friendly as well. I'd recommend Carrabba's to everyone... 10/10! If you enjoy pork chops, definitely try Tuscan Grilled Pork Chop... perfection!

Everything here was wonderful. The only thing that I would ask them to change a little bit is make it a little less cold inside of the restaurant. The service was wonderful. The food was wonderful and everybody had a very nice attitude and were very friendly.!! Particularly Will, he was very helpful! But Naomi was also very nice.

My impromptu dinner was absolutely AMAZING! My server, Kayla, was pleasant and accommodating to my restrictions and palate. The manager, Will, was comforting and attentive. I am recommending this location to my foodie friends who are looking for a relaxed, soothing, and peaceful atmosphere while shopping at the Rivery City Marketplace or flying/driving into the city with a few hours and a healthy appetite.

The food at this place is horrible. Service
Was fantastic though! Poor severs are doing their best and the kitchen got the food out quickly. It’s just that the food is not good.
Party of 4, (myself, my partner, his 12 year old daughter, and my 12 year old daughter) we were sat quickly and served quickly. My daughter ordered the lobster ravioli. It was cold, dry, and rubbery when it hit the table. It was like it had been popped into the microwave and then sat in the window while the rest of the food was cooked.
My partner’s daughter got a chicken Caesar salad. Not bad, but not great.
My partner’s daughter ordered the chicken parm. That was also cold and rubbery. There was no crunch, and the chicken was very thin.
I ordered the chicken trio. While mine was warm and delicious, after about ten minutes of eating I became very sick to my stomach. I thought maybe it was just a coincidence. I took the rest of my food home to eat the next day. Shortly after I started eating it for lunch the next day, I became sick again.
From ordering to receiving the food, it was less than ten minutes. The food shouldn’t have been rubbery from sitting in the window under the heat lamps. This leads me to believe that it is prepackaged food that just gets put into a microwave to cook. At the price point of these meals, they definitely should not be microwave meals.
Maybe this is why there were only 2 other table sat in the entire place when we went. I can certainly say that I will not be back.

I've been coming to Carrabba’s for many years. It has definitely changed over the years. Overall it has been a go to restaurant. This location has its good days and bad days. But I'm judging it on todays service.
As were coming in it didn't look busy at all but the Hostess said they were serving a 35 seat table in the back so they were short with servers and it would be an extra 15 minute wait so we decided to sit at the bar. Not our first time doing this. I recognized our Bar tendor who served us the last time we sat at the bar and she's very attentive.
They serve warm bread wraped and the server presents a small plate with seasoning on it and pour olive oil on it to dip your bread in. Delicious. We never have room for an appetizer so the bread is all we need to start with especially if you get an entrée served with a salad.
They were featuring a Beef Short Rib in Marsala wine sauce on Garlic Mashed potatoes with sweet carrots so that was my pick for the evening. Overall the dish was delicious however some peaces of my short rib had a crusty edge and not tendor throughout the meat. But the flavor I'm used to was spot on. It wasn't overly fatty either.
My wife usually gets a pasta dish and she got the Shirmp and Scallop alla vodka. It's too soupy for me but she enjoys it.
Overall our visit was pleasant and I had nothing to bring home.
