  Manager Will served me my very delicious salad. The Italian salad is always the best salad ever. Aside from Will's supreme friendliness, I have never had anything but extremely pleasant and attentive service here. Thank you so much for always treating me to the best food and hospitality.

  Came here for birthday because I love the soup and Is was not able to get what I wanted because of the menu restricting soup to ONLY lunch dining. The manager wouldn’t even make an exception, then I understand policy, but people/customers should come before some policies as only allowed to have lunch with unlimited soup. I also second that for them not having cherry grenadine in stock for me to have my favorite beverage. They should focus more on customer loyalty, and make special exceptions when they have the power to make the exception. I decided to eat somewhere else, bedsides Carrabbas is more then wealthy and I’m sure they could care less where I eat anyway.

  Not a good way to start off 2026. We have been disappointed in the past with OP Carrabbas and now I think it will be our last time ordering from OP Carrabbas. The cooks clearly can not read or they do not care about the service they provide the customers. First thing, I ordered Chicken trio- 2 Pollo Rosa Maria's and 1 chicken Bryan that was incorrect completely. The second Chicken trio I ordered 2 Marsalas 1 Polla Rosa Maria and that was wrong. Got a Chicken Bryan instead of Maria. Are you out of ingredients to make the Polla Rosa Maria's? When the first chicken trio was told to be redone, the Polla Rosa Maria's was incorrectly made. Very little cheese on the center and where's the ham??? Absolutely no ham in the middle of either chicken!! Plus, I had to request them to get my side items which I ordered with the Chicken trios. No garlic mashed potatoes included! Are these made differently too? No garlic taste what so ever in the potatoes!! Who is managing this Carrabbas? It has not been the same since they moved from Wells Rd. The service has not been the same and the food????! Man the food quantity has gotten smaller and the prices keeps going higher and higher!! Make the portions like you used to years ago and charge me a little more! This is unbelievable how the service and the food has gone to nothing at Orange Park Carrabbas!! So disappointed I can't say it enough! Rating 0 stars!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely delicious from start to finish. The Filet & Shrimp Toscana was cooked perfectly, rich and flavorful, and the tomato soup might honestly be the best I’ve ever had — comforting, bold, and unforgettable. My husband’s short rib was melt-in-your-mouth tender and packed with flavor. Service was on point: fast, attentive, and our drinks never hit empty. The pacing of the meal was perfect, which made the whole experience even better. Even the music was great! Already dreaming about my leftovers tomorrow. Can’t wait to come back.

  We went to Carrabba's for the first time in about a year or so on Christmas Eve this year. I was shocked to see how much the prices had risen on everything. I know a lot has gone up so in a way it wasn't too surprising but it did seem to go up a lot from what I remember paying last time. Then when our food came out some of it of course was very good. Other menu items, like the Shrimp Scampi, which is on the appetizer menu, was extremely disappointing. It was much smaller than I remember in the past as well as hardly any sauce, which is of course a staple of shrimp scamp. The bread was a bit over toasted, but good besides that. I didn't even get a full entree meal because there was nothing I wanted to spend that much on. Everything was pretty much $22.00 to $36.00 each meal. There were a few around $18 but not many. My husband got the Polo Rosa Maria, which is a favorite of his. Although it was good, the portion size was clearly much smaller. It almost look like half the size. So to go up on prices and go down on the portion size is very disappointing and of course we feel a bit ripped off. We walked out of their paying about how much you would pay at a Brazilian restaurant. It all makes me a bit sick because it was a lot of money for a meal that did not reach the levels of the cost. As I said, most of the food was still good. The waitress provided friendly, excellent service! However, the overall experience was disappointing. Update: Since my review I was contacted by the kitchen manager at the Carrabba's location. It sounds like the portion issues were not a change, but an anomaly of some kind. She was concerned to hear of the issues. She very kindly has sent out some gift cards and she is asked me to let her know when we come back to make sure everything is wonderful. She even updated me through email about their being mailed out. I'm very impressed with her kindness and conversation. Due to her, we will be back at Carrabba's for another try.
