Long time customer of olive garden finally decided to give carrabbas a try Sunday and let me say this.. the chicken Marsala was delicious.. and the blackberry sangria was lovely.. but the highlight of our evening.. my husband and I were greeted by a young man in a pink hat as we were walking in he said.. “V.I.P. entrance this way!” He was pointing to the back door he walked out of! So funny! We unfortunately did not see him during our meal or when leaving but We hope to have him as our waiter next time..

This location has gone downhill fast. Terrible service. Dirty utensils and managers that are rude and don't care. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere. Went with a large party and knew it would take time we expected this and got an app for the kids from the bar no worries. When we are sat we have no utensils and are not greeted for 10 minutes. Finally a female server stops and asked if we've been helped then goes to get our server. When he arrived he claims he was out back and the host didn't come find him. I doubt it's the hosts job to track down a server out of the building. We order drinks and the kids ordered three sherlie temples it took 3 times to get this right. I ordered a sangria pitcher to share and am given a glass with lipstick. I ask for a fresh one and serve my parents while the server goes to retrieve a fresh glass. I am brought a hot glass fresh out of the washer still covered in water and the server says "it's clean just some residual water but I can polish it" it came off sarcastic. The glass shouldn't ever leave the bar dirty or wet. Then we order food and the kids food arrives first which would have been wonderful if they had utensils to eat with. It's been at least 30 min still no utensils since we sat. We asked our server and other staff for even plastic but the kids food continued to get cold. At this point we are considering leaving. The manager comes over and makes excuses about being busy and they were running out of items. We arrived after the rush and several tables around us had left. If staff took the time to clean and help rather than hanging outside or at the host stand we might be able to eat. We try to be paiting waiting another 15min just go be handed 5 sets of Silverware by a busses for a table of 12 people. The kids are asking to leave as they don't want the cold food. Out server can be seen hiding at the host stand rather than making the effort or in the back washing or polishing Silverware to try to salvage the situation. We finally decide to leave and I walk up to the expo to notify the manager as still no food is in the window. He turns his back on me and says to the kitchen "cancel it" doesn't say anything or look at me. Upon leaving 5 teammembers could be seen out back standing around playing. Maybe that's why everything is dirty the staff would rather be outside then provide service and make tips. I used to recommend Carrabba's as a nice place for dinner but after that and server other shortcomings on precious visits it's clear this location needs new management and staff retraining. Very dissatisfied with the staffs indifference to our experience.

5 stars! I stopped by Carrabba's on Friday with my little brother and was blown away by the exceptional service. We sat at the bar and were treated like family by Diaje and Heaven, who were incredibly attentive and welcoming despite the busy atmosphere. The manager, Jamal, took the time to introduce himself and check on us, and Benjamin, a waiter not assigned to the bar, even went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, but it was the top-notch service that really made our experience special. We'll definitely be back, this location is a standout!

Our waiter was amazing, so sweet and made us feel right at home. The lentil soup I had was exquisite and the best part of the night. Then came the main course. I ordered the Linguine Positano. Huge portions! Unfortunately, it was inedible. The pasta was overcooked and soggy (literally watery, not properly drained). The sauce tasted like it had come straight out of the can or jar. No fresh herbs or garlic flavor to be found. The pasta didn't have a lick of salt, either. I'm not a chef; I've received no formal training whatsoever. But I can guarantee you I can make a better pasta than what I was served. I wouldn't serve that dish to my dog. I couldn't eat it. I felt embarrassed to send it back, and frankly, I didn't have time to. It astounds me that a restaurant would have the nerve to put that on a plate and serve it to customers. It was a disgrace and was disrespectful to the food. I've sat on this review for several months. My father told me not to post it. I hope that whoever made this pasta has received proper training and is not continuing to waste food.

My son and I both ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. He ordered water, while I had soda. Refills were were not a problem. Our waitress (Chelsea) was engaging, knowledgeable, and helpful. The other support staff were professional and pleasant as well. The pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce had a little bit of heat to it. They grated fresh parmesan cheese at the table with a smile. The bread basket had warm, soft and tasty bread to dip in the oil and seasoning. It was difficult to turn down an offer for more bread when we finished. The soup was delicious also. My teenager said he will definitely eat here again, as will I.
