Service was pleasant. Benjamin was attentive he handled our table of 10 GREAT. He made it a wonderful experience. Ordered a $10 to go and when I heated it today to eat and as I'm eating i notice my chicken is very very undercooked even with me over heating it up in the microwave. This is dangerous for someone's health consuming raw/undercooked chicken. This can make some really sick. I am so disgusted by this and they didn't even give me the mashed potatoes to go with my to go order of raw undercooked Chicken Bryan. Im so disappointed and literally sick to my stomach 😞

A Masterclass in Incompetence: Two Hours for Cold, Rushed Food. Absolutely Appalling.
Our late lunch visit at 3:15 PM was an absolute disaster. Despite the dining room being virtually EMPTY, the service we received demonstrated a profound contempt for the customer.
We were left sitting unattended for nearly ONE HOUR before a server finally bothered to take our order. The weak, insulting excuse given—a staff emergency—is beyond parody when there were only six tables total. This is not an emergency issue; this is a catastrophic failure of management and scheduling.
The incompetence continued after we managed to order. We waited another agonizing 45 minutes, ultimately having to hunt down staff just to find out where our food was. When it finally limped out of the kitchen, it was STONE COLD.
The delays were so extreme that we were already late for an afternoon appointment. We were forced to choke down the cold, subpar meal in minutes. We finally escaped this institutional failure shortly after 5 PM, having wasted nearly two hours of our day. This is a poorly managed, customer-neglecting establishment. We will 100% never be returning, and we advise everyone else to seek dining elsewhere.

We visited around 5:45 PM to celebrate a birthday and to enjoy happy hour, which our server explained ran from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
We ordered appetizers, sangria glasses, salads, and bread. Before happy hour ended and just before our food arrived we attempted to order a third sangria glass. At that point, our server informed us she would not place the order, stating that we still had drinks in our glasses, that our food had not yet been served, and that she “didn’t want to lose her job.”
As a local realtor, restaurant reviewer, and bartender at a high-end establishment who is very familiar with alcohol compliance, I found this explanation confusing and unnecessary. We were well within happy hour, responsibly enjoying our time, and there was no compliance-related reason to refuse the order. Unfortunately, this interaction disrupted what was meant to be a special celebration and left us feeling uncomfortable during the remainder of our visit.
I want to emphasize that I’m sharing this feedback because the experience fell short of the level of service we typically expect at Carrabba’s. The server, Blue, was unprofessional and diminished the overall experience.

We were a large party without a reservation so we all expected the decent wait for tables and delay of food to be a while (although not busy, i still get it). We were sat around when they said the server would arrive so that was good. However, it took 30+ minutes to even receive the complimentary bread! After being there for over 2 hours and NO SIGN of server... did not even make appearance to check water glasses or drinks, no salad or soup appetizers, not to even mention that our orders had not been taken, I'd had enough!!! Worst service ever! At least make an appearance. Communicate with your customers check water levels or leave a jug for goodness sake! We were there for meal after a funeral and burial. Was so offended and hungry, my husband and I left. That cut into the closure and fellowship process. Do NOT waste your time with a restaurant like that! Will NEVER go back to this location!!!!

My bartender tonight was FANTASTIC. Absolutely nothing but praise for her. But the food? I opted for the Pollo Rosa Maria tonight for dinner. When my meal finally showed up, the chicken breasts looked like they came from baby chickens. One of them was about the size of a silver dollar, the other just a bit bigger. My bartender saw the look on my face and asked someone to come over to talk to me. He introduced himself as a customer service ambassador or something like that. I really don't remember.
When I pointed to the food and asked if that looked like $27 worth of chicken and pasta, he proceeds to explain how things have changed over the years he's been with the company. Then he offers to "remake" my meal and I accept. And after about 30 minutes or so, (I've now been at at the restaurant for just over an hour) my remade dinner still had not arrived.
I asked my bartender if I could just pay for my salad and leave, which I did. Carrabba's has gotten just as bad as Texas Roadhouse and Outback. Now I'll never be back and I have canceled my "Dine Rewards" membership. What a complete and total disappointment both Outback and Carrabba's has become.
