  Had lunch on the go today. Decided to try BWW to go. A little hesitant based on reviews. My experience was excellent. Best wings I've had in months. Exactly like I love them. Regular sized wings, not the extra large hormone injected, and very crispy. Ordered mine naked with spicy garlic and Asian sauce on the side. Service was quick, friendly person at register and food was fresh and hot, including fries. Was even more pleased to see they included a wipe for cleaning after eating. Great experience, highly recommend and will be visiting again.

  We ordered the 20 boneless wing combo with fries and a side of onion rings, the side of onion ring brought barely nothing, the wings are miniature super tiny, they didn’t give us our side of celery and carrots and did not give us our ranch, very disappointed we usually love this place but this location is disappointing

  Came in on Jan 16 25 and was immediately asked if I was picking up or placing an order from the back of the kitchen. After stating I was placing and order the man who was talking to me named Will proceeded to tell me if I wanted to order then I had to download the app or that I would just have to wait until he thought he had time to come up and take the order. I waited and he proceeded to tell me to just download the app again so that he didn’t have to stop what he was doing and take my order. He was extremely rude and off putting the entire time I was there. He was even heard talking about and laughing about other customers while I waited.

  I sat for over 20 mins of my pick up time to wait for my order. All the while I am listening to the 3 male employees literally fighting in the back about random things. The phone is ringing in thr background. One of the guys come out, walk to the phone, picks it up and hangs up. The other guy goes, "did you just hang up" and the response was "yea you call 4 times and I'm gonna hang up on you." With a bunch of people waiting for the meals they're talking about "yo man I swear I thought we were gonna be robbed Last night" about the must unprofessional environment ever. No. I don't expect the red carpet approach in a take out place like this. But you can certainly still be professional.
