  They were short staffed but me and my kids had waited over an hour for our food and the service like what service, we barely seen our waitress and then the food was awful. I go to pay for my food and made a comment about I think I should get a discount and I get told both managers are cooking and they are not able to help me that they apologize they can't help. It's always a disappointment when I go, this will be the last time I will go.

  Do not order delivery from this location. It has gone downhill. I've ordered from them 3 times in the last 2 months and all 3 times I didn't get my fries. The 2nd time they gave me a gift card (the only reason I ordered from them this time). I tried to call the restaurant when my order was delivered, but got hung up on twice.

  Our pick up order of 50 Buffalo wings, too hard and tough to eat. The coding was crispy to the point where it cracked when your teeth broke through it and the meat was very dry so everybody played with the wings, but went for the pizza and the other food. My wife called and talked to the manager Iris, who told her the wings were double fried and they were supposed to be like that and there was nothing she could do. A few days later, my wife drove him down there to get a refund and spoke with Marcus And he said he'd have to get an OK from Iris, but she didn't remember the call so he said there's nothing that he could do. I called Iris days later told her I wanted our money back or half of the money back or I'd leave a bad review cause she's already talked to my wife basically twice And she said no so here's your review

  Shout to the resturants with bad service. I come in, sit down... A server walks right past me... Doesn't speak... Doesn't say- I'll be right back-.. nothing.. just treats me like I don't exist... And all I can think of is- did I really need these nachos today? Do I really need to be in these people restaurant wasting money? Nope .. goodbye lol.

  First time here and I was disappointed, everything was over seasoned. My chicken parm melt was over cooked and burnt. Wedges would've been good if there wasn't do much seasoning. The garlic sauce was so over powering and so much was on it, thats all I tasted. The bread was hard, I couldn't chew it. I've never had a chicken parm so overpowered with seasonings and garlic sauce. got sick afterwards. Service was good. The Pepsi was good though. My husband ordered 2 of the same drinks, he mentioned the first one had alcohol in it, but the second lacked any alcohol.
