  So I’ll start this with we were here Friday night for the Indiana game and even being busy for the game we had amazing servers and great food even with multiple people training the service was awesome. Sarah was the trainee (I think that’s her name) her and the trainer were awesome. We’re back today Sunday for the jags game and yes they are busy, we expected it, but why didn’t management have enough workers scheduled so service didn’t take a hit? Our server Shell is amazing and out here busting her butt, but her service is hindered because of the bartender. We’re at the tables in the bar today and the bartender is non stop making drinks. Like she’s not lazy or slacking, but it’s SO busy why in the world would there be only one bartender?? We waited 20 minutes for a new drink, and all the tables around us are all complaining about the same thing. Someone even blamed the server saying they aren’t going to tip well because of the slow drinks which is crap because it’s not the servers fault!!!! Maybe someone called out.. never know.. but if they really only scheduled one bartender for a Sunday jags game this huge that’s lame. We definitely won’t be back for another one if I can only get a drink every 20/30 minutes.. plenty of other bars to choose from. Still love our server though!!!!!!!

  Don’t order late at night they are lazy , paid for extra ranch for these dry ass tenders and hard ass fries . Instead I received a un eatable meal no ranch . Glad I didn’t pay for a drink probably wouldn’t have gotten that either .. they open to long to be operating like this .

  You are better off going to Cold Stone creamery for chicken wings than you are going here. I've given them more than enough chances, and they always seem to disappoint. The customer service is slow and rude. You will be waiting for your food for about an hour. That food will arrive at your table or to your home ice cold And/or missing items. And you will spend more than the food is worth. Thankfully I don't believe I will be giving them another opportunity. They gave the wrong order to my doordash driver, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hoping they would. I sincerely appreciate the 20 piece bone-in wing meal with large fries, but I appreciate the full refund even more.

  Absolutely ridiculous. I have patience but not 40min patience. Placed a Togo order at 5:30pm, email said it’ll be ready by 5:50pm. It’s 6:30pm currently and the manager just put the order in because I said something to him. No compensation, no coupon or anything. Never again

  We sat for 20 minutes watching servers pass us by. We finally waved one down to ask if they were our waitress. She said no and something else as she walked off like she was going to find out. She never came back. Then, the AMAZING Dana came to our table and said she would serve us. Had she not, we would have sat there for I don’t know how long. Before Dana came, we could see the other servers talking about it with whom we could only assume was possibly a manager, briefly, but no action was taken. Dana however, was Great! I don’t think she was even supposed to serve us, but I love that she took action to serve us anyway. She was professional, warm, and attentive. I won’t be back but if I do come back, I will request to be seated in Dana’s section. After Dana took our order, it took forever for our food to come, maybe 40-50 minutes, but not Dana’s fault. It took so long that my daughter and I had to leave, cause she had to work, while my husband and other daughter stayed behind for the food, to pay, and get it to go. I really wanted to like it here, but the customer service just didn’t do it right. However, Dana was great and she is a keeper! She was the only thing positive about our experience.
