  If I could give this place zero stars and still be able to write a review, I would absolutely do that. On multiple occasions, I have placed an online order and when arriving at the location, the order is still not done. But tonight was different. This is now the second time in a row that I arrived at the time that it told me my order would be done to only Receive cold food! Then, of course, when you ask for your order to be made freshly the person at the counter looks at you like you’re stupid . Totally unacceptable

  I used to really like BWW, but I am over it. Went a few months ago with my daughter because that is what she wanted. When we got there we were told "we only have fried things", which was OK since she wanted bone in wings. So out came these little tiny over fried tough wings. I mean come on this is what you guys do. The wings at Publix are twice the size and cooked right. Can they not do better than a grocery store?? Went back today and had boneless "wings". They were over breaded, over fried and hard. Reminded me of frozen chicken nuggets. The seasoning had just been dumped on top of the chicken after they were put on the plate, weren't even tossed to coat. The chicken was ok if you pulled all the coating off, but again come on. Ate like 2 and brought the rest home hoping can do something with them. So I am done with BWW.

  I came over a year ago and walked out after waiting over 20 minutes just to be acknowledged and then was told it would be another 15 before we were seated and the dining room was nearly empty. Needless to say it was not a great experience. Tonight was a complete different experience. We were seated in about 5-10 minutes then our server, Syd was great. The wings were really good which what I was hoping for. I will be back and hope the positive experience continues. Kudos to Syd for being a great server.

  My overall experience was absolutely horrible. My food came out cold and the wings were as solid as a rock. Ordered a beer and it was room temperature when it came to the table. The only thing that came out semi decent was the appetizers, and even then that was a stretch. My wife didn’t even receive her food while we were sitting down. When it came time for the bill we were charged for the wrong one and got charged 50 dollars more than what we were supposed to pay. We will never be going back to this location and highly recommend that no one returns to this location.

  Every time that I order in the app for pickup, it tells me my food will be ready within half an hour or less. & EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in to pick it up by pickup time, I am stuck there waiting 30 extra mins to an hour! Even when it's not even that busy. I understand they may have more to go orders but dang! You guys either need more employees or a better system or something. Because this isn't just a one off issue.. it happens every single time I come in, whether it's day or night.. any day of the week. It's truly irritating!
