  Shout to the resturants with bad service. I come in, sit down... A server walks right past me... Doesn't speak... Doesn't say- I'll be right back-.. nothing.. just treats me like I don't exist... And all I can think of is- did I really need these nachos today? Do I really need to be in these people restaurant wasting money? Nope .. goodbye lol.

  First time here and I was disappointed, everything was over seasoned. My chicken parm melt was over cooked and burnt. Wedges would've been good if there wasn't do much seasoning. The garlic sauce was so over powering and so much was on it, thats all I tasted. The bread was hard, I couldn't chew it. I've never had a chicken parm so overpowered with seasonings and garlic sauce. got sick afterwards. Service was good. The Pepsi was good though. My husband ordered 2 of the same drinks, he mentioned the first one had alcohol in it, but the second lacked any alcohol.

  Great deals through the app vs. door dash. Dang near half off!! Got boneless instead of bone in, the manager was great in replacing the order all fresh and made to order when I got back there. Stuff happen and I understand completely! Thanks for making it right!!

  Great atmosphere for family and friends to gather and enjoy sports. Food could have been better and service so so. Had better experience in Atlanta, Ga.

  So I’ll start this with we were here Friday night for the Indiana game and even being busy for the game we had amazing servers and great food even with multiple people training the service was awesome. Sarah was the trainee (I think that’s her name) her and the trainer were awesome. We’re back today Sunday for the jags game and yes they are busy, we expected it, but why didn’t management have enough workers scheduled so service didn’t take a hit? Our server Shell is amazing and out here busting her butt, but her service is hindered because of the bartender. We’re at the tables in the bar today and the bartender is non stop making drinks. Like she’s not lazy or slacking, but it’s SO busy why in the world would there be only one bartender?? We waited 20 minutes for a new drink, and all the tables around us are all complaining about the same thing. Someone even blamed the server saying they aren’t going to tip well because of the slow drinks which is crap because it’s not the servers fault!!!! Maybe someone called out.. never know.. but if they really only scheduled one bartender for a Sunday jags game this huge that’s lame. We definitely won’t be back for another one if I can only get a drink every 20/30 minutes.. plenty of other bars to choose from. Still love our server though!!!!!!!
