They’re like the McDonald’s of the ice cream machine with the waffle cones. Tried to givre this place more than once a try. We are done. Don’t expect perfection, but at least expect some level of professionalism and there’s zero at this location. Don’t waste your time go to another ice cream donut place.

Etc. so disgusting and so disappointing as well my other son is allergic to peanuts so he dodged an allergic reaction there! It’s almost like they didn’t clean the previous blender. This is the third time this location messed up an order and not just with me but other friends and family also complained. Management needs to step in and reevaluate.

Do someone have to ask for the basic necessities to eat the items? If you didn’t want to be at work this evening you should’ve called out. Management need to have mandatory customer service and basic knowledge training for the employees. I don’t even want to give it the one star. No matter what day of the week or time the service is absolutely trash!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
