The front lady didn’t offer any help we had to go to her to tell her what we wanted ( I wanted two waffle cones single scoop) the lady said there was no cones at the moment and said what you see in that box is what we have ( it was an empty blasting box with no cones) I then proceeded to ask if she had cups or bowls she just pointed to this stand behind her where the cups were and said which one. Right next to the cups was another plastic box with a few cones in it…. I said mama what about those cones right there? She just looked at me and begrudgingly went to grab them. Over all terrible customer service and attitude.

When I arrived to pick up my order that I placed 3 days prior , it was not done . I had to wait 45 minutes until it was done ,So what this means is im going to have fresh ice-cream cake that is not frozen for trip . I just got home and my cake is a mess . Even with my cold box and ice packs my cake still melted . The web site said to place order at least 48hrs before pick up . So I did I order 3 days in advance .

I don’t know if they had any white chocolate cause I am assuming it was pre mixed in the ice cream container and she was talking about the white chocolate ice cream itself. Then she can up to me and didn’t explain which one had the white chocolate cause and gave me attitude saying she had to give me a refund and I had to suggest just getting something else for the same price but I still don’t even know which one they are re making. There is only 2 of them here at the counter and she is making the younger person work and sitting behind the counter not even helping with either of the 2 orders. Feel bad for her co worker. And not to mention that to price match her coworker helped me after she walked away to the back.

They were very kind...and we had plenty of laughs. They even unlocked the door for me after we left and they locked up to close...to give me a spoon. Definitely will be back. Thanks Ladies!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
