If I could give zero stars I would ALL because of management. My husband & I have never been treated so poorly. She was SO rude. We ordered ahead on the app & went through drive thru to pick up. They were way behind on orders. Which was no big deal. We did what we were told and parked in the parking lot by drive thru. The nice younger worker brought it out & apologized. I checked it after he left & we were missing a large fry & they put the wrong kind of fries in one of our boxes. So my husband went in & told them what was missing. The younger staff apologized a couple times & was so kind but the female manager told my husband he had to bring in the wrong fries very VERY rudely. I really hope she didn't serve them to someone else, how unsanitary. He did...and waited and waited and waited to get the right fries. The manager finally noticed he was waiting. She rudely said, oh you didn't get your fries yet. He said no. So she grabbed them ..they were just sitting in the warner area (mind you he is standing there waiting). She didn't say a thing, didn't make eye contact, didn't apologize...just rudely slide them on the counter towards him. Unbelievable. Very VERY disappointing. By the time we got home everything was cold. Arby's we love you but this is unacceptable.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the management team here, I wanted to raise a small concern about my food and instead was left feeling violated by the way I was spoken to. I never thought coming in to get lunch would completely destroy my faith in human decency. If you choose to work a management job anywhere, you should take it professionally even when it’s a small issue that can easily be fixed. I will never waste my time with arbys company again.

Wish I could give a zero star misty the assistant manager was so disrespectful would not remake horrid stale fry’s that genuinely stunk while I was holding them sat there for 10 min oil was old and gross told us we were wrong and yelled at us I just feel if you work in customer service you should work with the customer this lady definitely needs a different line of work
