I just feel i didn't have enough cheese sauce on my cheddar melt #1 classic. The young lady in drive thru was very personable and sweet.

TWO trips in a row this location can’t be bothered to put the cheddar or the arbys sauce on my sandwhich. I was forgiving the first time, things happen. But this proves the total apathy and ineptitude of this location. I’ve made this order at least FORTY times at the Beach Blvd location and they’ve never made an egregious mistake. Obviously it’s better run.
When we go to this location is it’s on the way to Mayo Clinic, where I frequent as a Cancer patient. I am admitted right now and gf swung by to give me a treat. This sandwhich is worse than hospital food when it doesn’t have the toppings.

This is the second time this location has messed up the exact same order: a ½ lb Beef & Cheddar, served without the cheddar, even though it was clearly charged on the receipt.
The first time this happened, we called and were told that next time we could come back and they would replace it. Unfortunately, that location is out of our way and going back during rush hour for two sandwiches just wasn’t realistic, so we didn’t return.
Today, we only ordered from this location again because my husband is currently admitted to the hospital and this was the only Arby's on the way. I ordered the same sandwich, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and didn’t check it at pickup. When I arrived at the hospital, once again NO cheese.
It’s on the receipt. I paid for it. And yet, no cheddar.
This has never happened at our usual Arby’s location, not even once.
I don’t know what’s going on at this particular store, but customers shouldn’t have to inspect their food every single time to make sure they’re getting what they paid for. Please check your food before leaving this location clearly has a recurring issue.

The steak bowl wasn't very good- served on paper, in a sandwich box. Very frustrating to try and not eat paper.
