I usually come through before work every monday, but this morning when I came through the girl who took my order, Katelynn, was impatient and rude. I like yall's coffee but the customer service has been lacking lately.

I went here for first time since dont normally get to Westside Im in line now and the entire area around this place smells like crap, good lord. I dont know what is going on in there but why are they open with this smell?! If its the garbage that's this bad why is it right near the customer lanes? My drink was not good either. It tasted like someone dropped a little bit of flavoring into water. I dont know if ill be. back

Made order without issue. When reached door to get, saw floor covered in water and dripping out. Very gross. Would have canceled my order if hadn't paid already.
