  I typically enjoy going to 7Brew, but I had a terrible experience on my last visit. The girl who served me was obviously having a bad day. As she walked up to my car, she looked at me and scowled, then turned around and when into the store. So I waited a few minutes for her to eventually come back, she took my order and as I was about to pay she accidentally charged me for the car in front of me. I completely understand making a mistake and would have been fine, but she handled it terribly. She got audibly frustrated and stormed away from me while I just had to sit there and wonder what just happened. She didn’t come back until I moved to the front of the line and she told me what happened and that I should get a refund in 2 days. I’m not looking for anything other than for someone to talk to her about how she should handle herself when things don’t go her way, especially in a customer service position. I shouldn’t feel like I’m doing something wrong or being an inconvenience for ordering one coffee.

  Drinks were a huge disappointment 1 out of 3 was correct, frozen candy cane mocha had no whip tasted so bland couldn’t tell what kind of drink it was. Coffe was lukewarm and couldn’t drink it.

  I'm going to start off by asking why isn't there a menu with pricing or anything listed before the workers come to take your order? Second I had the new Santa cookie iced latte and it was so disgusting I had to throw it out. Needed a good iced latte to get me thru the next hour or two because I'm taking my kids to the park. Then to top it off the guy barista when bringing our drinks rushed to give it to us he ended up hitting his hand pretty hard on the driver side mirror. We asked if he was OK and he said yea bro to my boyfriend. Honestly save your money and go to scooters. They are always so nice and have great coffee. Race trac has better coffee than 7 brew.

  We come here 2-3x per week and easily spend ~$250/month on coffee. We usually have good experiences but tonight we arrived at 9:57 PM and the employee that saw us pull up literally ran and hid from us in the back until 10:03 when she finally flicked the lights off on us - leaving the Open sign on so she didn’t have to come walk by us. I’m sorry for coming late - we have an 8 month old and a 3yo that we try to time our trips around. We made it before 10 and you totally screwed us. This happened on 10/21, it was the girl with the dreads. Shes always got a poor attitude when she’s taking orders and totally killed our 25 minute ride home. Hate making a big deal out of this, but we did nothing wrong and now my 3yo doesn’t get his smoothie tonight and is crying bc he doesn’t understand why not when he saw the building.

  I came here twice in one day and ordered the same drink both times. The staff were friendly during both visits, which I appreciated. The first time, I asked for 4 pumps of flavor, but the person taking my order recommended 3 instead, saying 4 might be too sweet. The coffee turned out great — perfectly balanced in sweetness. Unfortunately, the second visit was disappointing. I ordered the same drink but was initially handed a medium even though I paid for a large. When I finally got the correct size, the drink tasted like plain coffee with maybe a hint of sugar-free chocolate. I had asked for 2 pumps of chocolate and 2 of coconut, hoping for a sweeter taste this time, but it completely missed the mark. Not only was the drink underwhelming, but I also tipped $2 on top of nearly $9 for a coffee I couldn’t enjoy. Overall, I left feeling disappointed
