As she walked up to my car, she looked at me and scowled, then turned around and when into the store. So I waited a few minutes for her to eventually come back, she took my order and as I was about to pay she accidentally charged me for the car in front of me. I completely understand making a mistake and would have been fine, but she handled it terribly. She got audibly frustrated and stormed away from me while I just had to sit there and wonder what just happened. She didn’t come back until I moved to the front of the line and she told me what happened and that I should get a refund in 2 days. I’m not looking for anything other than for someone to talk to her about how she should handle herself when things don’t go her way, especially in a customer service position. I shouldn’t feel like I’m doing something wrong or being an inconvenience for ordering one coffee.

- AAAminaNov 2, 20251.0I'm going to start off by asking why isn't there a menu with pricing or anything listed before the workers come to take your order? Second I had the new Santa cookie iced latte and it was so disgusting I had to throw it out. Needed a good iced latte to get me thru the next hour or two because I'm taking my kids to the park. Then to top it off the guy barista when bringing our drinks rushed to give it to us he ended up hitting his hand pretty hard on the driver side mirror. We asked if he was OK and he said yea bro to my boyfriend. Honestly save your money and go to scooters. They are always so nice and have great coffee. Race trac has better coffee than 7 brew.
