  I am NOT a Dunkin lover!! However, after stopping so my passenger could indulge, I decided ONE MORE GO at this!! Superb!! And Dante is absolutely awesome!! Very friendly, smiling, laughing, not rushing me as I tried to decide!! As time goes by, we fail to make others feel important..Dante is a great reminder that kindness and a smile goes a very long way!! I will return to THIS Dunkin DEFINITELY!!!

  The ladies that run this Dunkin... Go way beyond excellent customer service! I look forward to my weekly visits because I'm always greeted with professionalism, smiles, and pleasantry!   My fav dunkin🤍 my order is always correct and so yummy I don’t even need to say my name anymore bc already know it!! It’s so welcoming and sweet! Morning shift works very hard and is so great at getting through the rushes!! They deserve all the praise!

  Acted annoyed that I was there. Messed up my order twice and the coffee was not drinkable and tasted old and bitter.

  Stopped here around 7:55 AM on March 4 on the way to take our son to school and had a very disappointing experience. We normally go to the Dunkin on Sunbeam and have never had issues, but today we tried the location at 10951 Old St. Augustine Rd. We went through the drive-through to order a Boston Kreme donut for our son. My wife also asked about the black or green iced tea with lemonade advertised on the sign. The employee kept asking about black coffee instead, which wasn’t what she was ordering. After the confusion continued, she simply said never mind and we would just take the donut. When we pulled up to the window, the employee started berating my wife for “raising her voice” and then refused to serve us. She was only speaking loudly because many drive-throughs ask customers to speak up. Another employee then claimed they had no Boston Kreme donuts, which turned out not to be true. After leaving, I placed a mobile order for two Boston Kreme donuts through the Dunkin app, and 15 minutes later the order was ready for pickup at the same store. We were simply trying to grab a donut for our son before school. Being refused service and spoken to that way was unnecessary and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.
