  I had a very frustrating experience. I placed my order and ended up waiting about 30 minutes, even though I was the only person waiting at the time. It quickly became clear that the issue wasn’t the staff working, but the lack of direction from management. The manager seemed overwhelmed and provided poor guidance, which created a chaotic environment. I actually felt bad for the employees. At one point, a young worker was so stressed that coffee was spilled on her. Meanwhile, my order sat unfinished until my wife finally asked about it—turns out the coffee was ready and just needed a lid the entire time. By the time I left, the situation had gotten worse. The line inside stretched to the door, the drive-thru was wrapped around the building, drinks were being spilled, and employees looked completely lost. Overall, the service was extremely disorganized and disappointing. Management needs serious improvement to support their staff and keep operations running smoothly.
