  This Dunkin you never know what you are going to get. The staff all seems confused about the basic order. A dunkalatte comes with no espresso and told me it's just coffee milk with syrup. The staff needs training. This was my favorite Dunkin & since Shari left I can't get my order correct so it's a $8 chance everyday

  I remember why I dont buy coffee out. Paid for iced coffee and donut. Tipped hoping to move it along quicker. Had an Uber waiting. Asked for coffee just to not miss ride several minutes later when i saw it was sitting behind tge counter without a lid. Barista spills it all over herself. Avoidable. Frustrated. Waste of time and money. Nobody that works there knows what simple syrup is. Literally can't kid myself into believing the "convenience" of dunkin is worth it.

  Needs a drive-thru covering for the customers especially when your sitting at an intercom over 3 minutes waiting to order while it's pouring rain outside and the turn over rate for the store is very high and it has new employees all the time but none of them stay and the ones that do they are overworking them by having them work short staffed the owners should be ashamed,I have been coming to this location over 3yrs and will use Commonwealth location now instead it's not worth it and your spending your money and should receive great customer service and it should be offered to every customer,We went acrossed the street and spent our money at Krispy Kreme instead what a huge waste of time for a cup of cold coffee ordered as a hot coffee that could be felt was cold through the cup,If I wanted cold coffee I would have ordered an ice coffee.

  The manager at the 741 Cassat Ave location in Jacksonville, FL was extremely unprofessional, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend visiting a different location. After requesting a refund due to their negligence, I was met with harassment and yelled at by the manager. The entire interaction was recorded, and I intend to continue pursuing this matter until it is properly addressed. After reviewing the video, Im sure that whoever is responsible for hiring this individual would be embarrassed by the behavior displayed. He knew he was being recorded, and he knows his behavior was unacceptable(he admitted being “stupid” on camera). My experience was extremely problematic to where I’m most certain this video will go viral, if I were to post on social media. AVIOD THIS LOCATION!
