  My husband and I went in on March 31st and had an awesome experience! We were greeted initially by Shaliek and also by Mo and Cal. It was a morning rush and the drive through was busy, but each of them were working as a team and were not only helping each other out, but were so friendly to everyone! They didn't get frazzled at all by the rush, but were efficient and helping each other all while making us smile! They are an amazing example of what teamwork should look like! The donuts were fantastic, too!!! PS - I was able to score the last ring box they had!!! WOO-HOO! We will definitely be back!!!

  Went to drive-through they almost forgot my medium one of the medium coffees I had to remind them and then being sidetracked from that I forgot to remind her of I had a ham and cheese croissant and I drove home got home. It wasn’t there so I had to go all the way back, went inside because it was already a line outside. Had to say hello in order to get their attention told him about it. No apology made the sandwich gave it to me. Still no apology. In the meantime all my other stuff got cold, my avocado toast, my coffee

  Would give 0 starts if i could. I pulled into the drive through at 851 and the worker said they were closed. People were in front of me at the drive thru and inside. I go inside and they lock the door on me. Terrible customer service

  If I can give it a zero I will. I have given this place so many chances, cause it is close to home. They keep getting my order wrong, I came into the store to find the employees throwing the towel that they clean with around and it even fell on the floor. They got my order wrong again, when I called and asked for the manager they kept me on the phone and I can hear them calling me a Karen and making fun of me. I later went in person to speak to the manager only to be ignored for 10 mins and later she told me she doesn't have the time for me and kept interrupting me and didn't let me speak. She started yelling "what do you want, I don't have time for this"

  This used to be my favorite Dunkin... But consistently for the past month or so, my orders have been done incorrectly. Whether it's giving me regular sausage instead of turkey, giving me color burnt wraps, or completely forgetting to put flavor in my latte.... I've let it go, knowing sometimes things just happen... But today, I ordered my usual Carmel latte... And it had the weirdest, most unpleasant taste. Idk if I'll be returning after this.
