But for some reason I come to this location and they get it right EVERY single time. I literally don’t understand it but I’m thankful there is one location near my house that can make my drink.

She sighs every single time before taking orders, as if customers are an inconvenience. She speaks in a disrespectful tone, snatches cards, and hands drinks over roughly. Her attitude makes me feel unwelcome every visit. This is not a one-time issue—it happens repeatedly. Basic customer service and courtesy are completely lacking at this location 😑

When I asked what time they were scheduled to close, the women reported they were actually sold out of everything? So checked the Mobile app and it still had mobile pickup and drive thru open until 8pm. Went through all the menu items and nothing was reported to be unavailable. Sounds like a lazy worker didn’t want to do their job.
