  Friendly staff and fresh food. I'm not sure why they have a lower rating. I would definitely come here again and recommend this location!

  So the lobby closes at 9pm and i was in the lobby minding my own business drinking a ice coffee and the one of the employees asked me to wrap up even though it isnt 9pm yet and also when theres another guy they havent even bothered to ask to leave on his labtop in the corner just so they can wrap up and start cleaning the lobby. I know the rules of dunkin and one of the bigger ones of them is for employees is not kicking someone out in the lobby untill the lobby actually closes none the less just to start cleaning the lobby so i hope the manager sees this. I was singled out,and the other dude is in there on his labtop right now and its 8:58pm. I was kind and humble and just agreed to it but i definitely wont be comming back here. Would you like it if you were told to pack up so employees can start cleaning when another person wasnt even told AND while the lobby hasnt even closed yet? Also i wanna make it known all jacksonville dunkins now charge 30 cents for less ice if you request less ice in your drink. Like i can understand more ice,but less ice? Seriously? This is a stupid idea but i was told it is a district decision from corporate. Making this as well known as i can because i want to make all customers understand before they choose to buy. This info came stright from the employee before i got kicked out before the lobby even closed and while i was the only one singled out. Do not come here in the afternoon to deal with these young ladies. This was definitely not how dunkin is supposed to do something and if they arent held liable,ill be giving this same rating on the facebook page and bbb for this location

  I ordered ahead and asked for less ice. I get there and the cup is full of ice. It's like they only read half of what I asked for.

  I will go out of my way to go to this location! Nerissa is always so friendly and the staff as well! This location is the only one that can consistently make my order the same way! Thank you for this location and their amazing team for always making my mornings!
