  Sometimes the ladies and gents are in a good mood and sometimes they are not. I hate the kiask..... it doesn't let you pick the donuts and that's all I get.... Donuts are yummy. Only twice out of the maybe 30 times I have been over the years we're not good, food wise. Atmosphere isn't their fault.... a lot of homeless people hang out here.... also the parking lot is A MESS. People just stop out front..... (no parking) and park..... for a good minute..... RUDE.

  My order was wrong, but they corrected their mistake and did everything they could to make it right. I wasn’t upset just show them my receipt + facts and that was that 👍

  I don't know what gives we came at 8:23 this morning the line was out on to Merrill for the drive-thru so to be safe we parked and tried to go inside I had my three kids toddler on my hip infant in other arm walk into the lobby and the girl proceeds to tell me that they're closed I said what she said we cannot have people in the lobby the lobby is closed you have to use the drive-thru line I explained to her that her app is not working for anyone as if it's shut down or being maintenance and that the line was dangerously out to the road. We were told to get in line being that I promised my kids Dunkin donuts we sat in the line for 48 minutes. Sitting here in the parking lot trying to eat our food and we see countless people being turned away from the front door. Y'all have lost so much money today and customers for life. When I did finally go through the drive-thru line the girl working the drive-thru window was mad as hell you could see it in her face. Then I watched her throw a bag of food at the register. It wasn't across the room but it was hard and it was my bag of food and I did not appreciate it. Then when she did give me the bag of food I was still missing food. She gave me that then said did you get hot chocolate I said yes. Continue to sit there she stares at me and said what else do you need I said my hot chocolate. I don't know what's going on with this place but we will not be back to experience it again

  I was here today and they ask you for your card to pay and after that they charge you extra or they put tip to they salf and when you ask him why you do that they tell you it’s a mistake and the manager is so rude you don’t need to be and I got the police of the stealing they do they tell me you cannot come back here to everyone know don’t give them your debit or a credit card or they mean we will steal money from it

  I've been here more times than I care to remember. Consistently terrible. This must be the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my life. I am 46.
