  They're the worst ever on three separate occasions, they did not put cream cheese on my croissant and I was in a hurry to work. The first two tome it happened I was on my way to work and was not able to turn around and get a cup of cream cheese to apply it myself. The third time, THANKFULLY I checked and was able to grab a cup of cream cheese to apply it on my lunch break at my job, then another employee said out loud " And she said she put it on there". That employee clearly does not care and does not listen and it's on the weekends because I've went in the morning on a wednesday and they have the best employees! Whomever they have as a manager on the weekends of February 28th of 2026 needs to be demoted or trained properly as well as the employee! Everytime I come to this location its something. If you do happen to go to this location to get your food, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK!

  They made a mistake and when I brought it to there attention, they went over and beyond to fix it and made sure I left happy and satisfied. Definitely will continue going to this location.

  We came through the drive thru for an extremely simple order: two identical $5 meals and one shot of espresso. When we reached the window, our total was over $21, which immediately raised concern. The gentleman at the window was professional and began calmly going line by line through the order to identify the issue—no problem there. Then the manager, Lexie/Alexis (unsure of the exact name), abruptly stepped in with a visibly hostile attitude and took over the interaction. She repeatedly questioned us about a croissant that we did not order. We clearly and calmly stated multiple times that we never ordered a croissant and did not want one. Instead of simply removing the incorrect item and resolving the issue, her demeanor became increasingly aggressive. Rather than listening, she continued to challenge us over the same item, as if our repeated, clear responses were somehow unacceptable. Ultimately, instead of fixing the mistake, she escalated the situation and refused us service entirely. This should have been an effortless correction. If a customer states they never ordered an item, basic common sense dictates that it should be removed. Two $5 meals and an extra shot of espresso—that is all we ordered, and that was stated repeatedly. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable. She made the situation far worse than it ever needed to be and reflected extremely poorly on the business. If this is how paying customers are treated, I can only imagine how uncomfortable and hostile the work environment must feel for employees as well.

  Went to this Dunkin today and a young man made my drink. It’s prob one of the best coffees I’ve ever had! He was so kind also. Great experience delicious coffee it makes for a great day. So thank you to the nice young man that served me today!
