  The current manager and store employees as of February, 2026 are awesome. Great customer service, coupled with order correctness keeps me returning. Best Dunkin in Jacksonville.

  I stopped in for breakfast and ordered through the self-checkout machine. It was pretty easy to order and my food was ready fairly quickly. Jordan was friendly and my breakfast was delicious. I will be back for donuts soon. :)

  Emily was rude and very unprofessional. It’s like they hate somebody is buying from them. This particular store lacks customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If you wanna have a bad day, this store won’t disappoint you in giving you one.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin location. We waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes with absolutely no communication, assuming there may have been an issue with the intercom. When I finally pulled up to the window, the employee opened it with a noticeable attitude. After asking if the intercom was working, I was told they were short-staffed. I understand that staffing issues happen, but leaving customers sitting in the drive-thru that long without any acknowledgment or explanation is completely unacceptable. A simple update or apology would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve after going inside the entire staff came across as unprofessional and unfriendly. Customer service at this location seriously needs improvement and training or a new staff.

  Experience was HORRIBLE..A lady named Nanice was so absolutely RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE CORE!!She constantly complained how Door dash orders NEEDED to stop coming in,she called out a customer food no one answered so she rudely sat it on counter,she complained how cooks need to look for names and stop just sitting bags down,then she was on the register at front counter and she said rudely who's next.. Excuse me, GM who's next how can I help you..Her personality was horrible..I'm a business owner and I would NOT tolerate her treating my customers that way.She would be JOBLESS TODAY!!Then sad part the on duty manager(bright skinned lady with tats on her right arm & locs up in a ponytail with long fake lashes)looked at Nanice while she was complaining about DD and NEVER said ANYTHING!! Manager would NO LONGER be a manager either.Treat customers with respect and kindness especially when they're spending their money,which is basically how employees get paid.You KNOW FOR A FACT it's going to be busy,so lady why are you complaining.. Go find you another job.I will NEVER return to this location again..It's at Dunn Avenue & 95 in Jacksonville Florida.Yall just LOST a loyal customer..Very sad
