  They have poor costumer service even over the phone there very rude and my pizza was cold when it arrived i would like to make and complaint to someone above the people that work there .

  Worst Domino's in Jax. Tonight's pizza was free because of long delivery time last time. 1 hr 40 minutes order to delivery. Arrived cold. Called store. Their excuse was they are so busy. Said order will be free. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

  In the app it says you can’t pay cash for orders over 25$… umm ok.. so I paid via app…then they make my order in the app and marked it as complete before my husband even went and got the order. I do not appreciate that. You’re not supposed to mark the order off as picked up if it hasn’t been picked up yet. That’s the whole point of the dominos tracker. So the customer can track the order. I get trying to ensure you meet required time as a store or unit. But for a city that has a very high crime rate. They need to ensure they don’t give away any orders or mark them as complete beforehand to prevent any mixups in food.

  Received an order in February. Just received a follow up as of yesterday. Manager lied said he's been in contact since I reached out to local store and corporate. Never did. When I spoke with him not only did my call history show him to be dishonest, but semi rude and condescending also. How are you upset about refunding for uncooked and poorly made food that had my daughter sick. Her Valentines day was ruined. I will not ever order from this location. I dont like how it was handled. Nor being rung up on. I was never rude nor disrespectful given i should call the health department.
