  This location doesn't accept points or discounts from the app. I wasn't able to take part in discounts or coupons so it was discouraging. Probably won't be back.

  Normally, I don’t do this because I’m not like that… even though it was $13. I really don’t care about $13. I was charged twice I said hey, I was charged twice and he denied even charging me twice, even when proof was shown… Then I was told to talk to the owner which the girls are very sweet. But the owner does tell me to come in on a certain time which I couldn’t do and I told him I couldn’t do it. I called today to see hey instead of a refund can y’all just make my order again? He tells me there’s nothing I can do because I didn’t come in at a certain time. There’s nothing he can do. It’s only been a week from today So pretty much, Dairy Queen stole my money even though it was $13 I will not be back
