  Never have I felt so disrespected in a restaurant. From the start, they were almost completely out of multiple menu items, which was frustrating on its own. However, what made the experience unacceptable was the behavior of the employee, Antwoyn. He was openly rude, spoke down to both customers and his own staff, and created a very uncomfortable environment. I personally witnessed him give items from the mobile order station to other customers, yet when I reached the register, he told both me and the customer ahead of me that they were “out of chips”—despite there being several bags clearly visible and no mobile orders waiting. When I questioned this inconsistency, he became argumentative and dismissive. To make matters worse, he told me he “prays I never come back” and continued speaking negatively about me as I was leaving. Another customer even commented on how rude he was, so it was not just my perception. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I will not spend another dollar here.

  Bro, why don’t you have change for cash. All I had was a 20 dollar bill. My meal was 11.44, so instead of giving me more change back you gave me less. That’s insane. Do BETTER!

  Absolutely unacceptable. The employee dropped MY cup of queso on the floor, walked away like she was going to get a new one, then came back and handed me the SAME cup that had just been on the ground. That is not just careless—that’s a serious health and safety violation. I had to question what I just saw because I couldn’t believe someone would actually do that instead of simply replacing it. This completely destroyed my trust in this location. If employees are willing to serve food that touched the floor right in front of customers, there’s no telling what happens behind the scenes. Management needs to address this immediately. I will not be returning.

  Yall were very busy and I was waiting on an online order. The lady in the black button down doing togos did amazing and was very kind despite the volume. Kick ass job from entire staff as I was watching. Yall keep it up

  Asked for two drinks with light ice and they had the audacity to fill up the drinks half way. The man at the window looked at me as if I was crazy for even pulling up. Now I’m done with this location and will gladly go elsewhere.
