  The gentleman that were serving at this location needs to be terminated immediately. Big thanks for Taylor for taking care of the food order. The other gentleman in glasses was rude. Was on his phone when I went to order and then asked me the typical questions with a very low rude tone. Veggie bowl comes with guacamole and when I asked if he put guacamole on the bowl he told me I didn’t ask for it in a rude way.. sir it comes with the veggie bowl. He didn’t have on a name tag and very unprofessional. I thank Taylor for stepping in. TERMINATE this other gentleman. Other customers witnessed his behaviour. Definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. Typically I let this stuff slide but with female around and him taking to them rude, I call for.

  I arrived within an hour of opening and AGAIN they were out of the grilled vegetables. Since I only use 1 of their other toppings - I am definitely being cheated. I don't remember the last time grilled vegetables were actually available. Either they are trying to save on costs or they are just incompetent. Either way -- I will rely more on alternatives to Chipotle in the future.

  wont make you a quesadilla unless you order online and it’s wildly overpriced. like maybe instead of holding your extremely limited menu options hostage, create a mobile app worth using. so sick of these businesses strong arming customers into using their useless bs websites.

  Picked up an app order that was brought out 20 minutes past the expected time. Then they forgot my drink cup and when I asked the cashier, she didn’t believe me and was beyond annoyed. Finally gave me a cup but didn’t remove her gloves from doing something else. She stuck her fingers in the cup and left a grease stain. I alleles for a new cup and she was even more annoyed. Wouldn’t give me her name either. Just laughed at me when I asked. The service is always subpar here but this was the worst I’ve experienced.

  Saturday night, needed a late night meal. This store closes at 11:00pm, I arrived at 9:45. Majority of the meat you could tell had been sitting for a long while, and did not look appetizing to say the least. The guy dishing up the food, wish I would’ve gotten his name but he didn’t even give me a receipt. Horrible attitude, said about two words and actually tossed my bag of food on the counter towards me. I said aaahhh thx, and he didn’t even turn around. This place needs some quality control on their food and to hire some friendly people that care about their job and most importantly, their customers!
