One employee prepping, one running register and not helping prep between checking customers out, one employee doing online orders and one employee in back making food. 28 customers in line.
Went to Chipotle March 26th 2026, they opened at 10:45 server came to the door said they're not going to open at 10:45 because they have a big catering order and doordash orders they have to get together so she told me to come back at 11:15 !!! And I told her so you're sending me away so you can take care of somebody that's not at your store,, and people that come to your store you don't care about and you're sending to go eat someplace else I called corporate and complained they opened the doors I went someplace else and ate I'd give them a zero if it was possible
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this location. I placed a mobile order for a 9:10 PM pickup, and what should have been a simple transaction turned into a display of utter disrespect and incompetence.
When my husband went in to collect the order, the manager on duty, David, claimed he couldn't find it. Despite being shown the digital receipt, David was incredibly rude and dismissive, leading to a completely unnecessary and heated exchange.
When I went inside myself to cancel the order—because I refuse to spend money where customers are treated poorly—the cashier found the order immediately. While she was assisting me, I actually overheard David "talking trash" about my husband. I addressed him directly regarding his lack of professionalism, but the disrespect from a supposed leader in management was already inexcusable.
To make matters worse, I was told they "couldn't cancel the order" and I’d have to deal with corporate. I had to insist on written proof that I never received my items just to ensure I wasn't charged for food I didn't get.
I understand the service industry gets busy, but there is no excuse for a manager to fail so spectacularly at basic human decency and professional standards. The store was filthy, the leadership was toxic, and the service was non-existent. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Generally ok. I dont find it any different from other Chipotles. Annoying to go in at 10PM ans they have no food left even though they dont close for another hour. I could understand if I walked in there at 10:45. Just comes off as lazy not to at least be making some food in small portions, as needed. Then I get gome and turns out the food is cold.....
Where to begin. Every table was dirty, food all over the floors. Spoon full is a spoon full, not a dab. We were trying to use our rewards, & the cashier, who was extremely rude, on the receipt, it states her name- Rosa. When my husband scanned his app for the rewards, she says, "What are you doing? (Very snotty) You can't just scan, if I don't know what you are trying to scan, rolling her eyes & her RBF, was ick! After we paid, my husband asked if we could get our chips, with an audible, over exaggerating sigh, rolls her eyes and hands us a bag of chips, maybe 1/4 of the way full?? My husband was a Restaurantuer Apprentice with Chipotle in Arizona and Colorado, so my husband knows how a store should look and how the staff should treat customers, and this store, failed miserably! Do better Restaurantuer for this store, because the service and the restaurant, were disgusting. We will not eat here ever again.
