  Gross restaurant. Garbage was piled up so high inside and out. There was food all over the floor and not a single table was clean. Walked in and right back out.

  COLT was rude & dismissive towards me. He was the first server at the food bar. First, I noticed that he engaged with a white male customer differently than the way he engaged with me. When he greeted the white customer he was more friendly and upbeat. When I asked him for toppings he seemed bothered & didn't respond verbally. He was so bothered at one point that he dropped a cup into the cheese. But when the white customer behind me asked for items he engaged, with a friendly "Yep". Understanding that he probably has some unconscious biases, I remained neutral. After being dismissive towards me, he embarrassed me in front of other guests by instructing me to move further up as if I needed to be herded. He didn't ask politely, he demanded. This felt like a micro-aggression. There was a customer in front of me and I was standing about 3 feet away from him, allowing him his personal space and social distance. That is when my neutrality turned into dissatisfaction. I briefly expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager CASH or CASS. Instead of apologizing she decided to invalidate my experience by saying "That's surprising. I never get complaints about him." She was condescending and showed no support towards me as a customer. I left feeling unvalued and will probably never eat here again.

  The food was consistent with what you’d expect from Chipotle, but the dining room was a bit of a letdown. It had a "3 AM frat house" energy—lots of uncleared tables and debris—so we decided to grab our order to go instead of staying. The staff seemed to be hustling, but the lobby definitely needed some extra attention to keep up with the rush. Good for a quick carry-out, but not the best spot for a sit-down meal at the moment.

  I vomited immediately after eating. They served me an avocado that seemed to have been sitting out for days. The chicken was under-seasoned, and the entire meal had an unpleasant, almost rotten smell. My stomach is now hurting, and I’ve been vomiting continuously.

  I made an order on doordash. The app had a glitch and took off the chicken on my burrito order. I called and asked them to add chicken on the side in a container. They refused and were very rude about it to the Dasher. I was even ready to pay extra and they still refused. Horrible service!
