  Messed up my order! When I called the manager said they would replace it when I was back in the area. Come in today and the manager Lexi was very rude and refuse to replace it. I have terminally ill cancer and a veteran she shouldn't treat customers that way........

  Been a frequent customer at the Ortega location. In the last 6 months the accuracy going through the drive through has declined. Today we bought salads and the condiments were left out. Not the first time lately. And sometimes no dressing. I guess if we go back we'll have to check our order before moving on. The quality control is definitely lacking at this location recently.

  Be still my heart, I thought Chick-fil-A was the one constant in an unstable world. 💔😢 After a mobile order, I got home only to realize my nugget count was looking a little "lite." I drove back, and they offered to remake the entire order. Excessive? Yes. Did I accept? Also yes. I don't know if it's their policy 🤷🏻‍♀️ Somehow, the second attempt was worse. Nuggets were still "lite," a missing sandwich, and the fries shrunk. On the third attempt, all was well but we were this 🤏🏻 close to packing it in and requesting a refund to walking across the street to the empty Chipotle just to feel something again. I’ve never had to "trust but verify" at a Chick-fil-A before. I know this isn't who you are, Chick-fil-A. I’m assuming the recent decline is a mix of "New Hire Chaos" and "Corporate Cost-Cutting." Anyway, I'm no longer going steady with this location. We're on a break... Til we meet again 💔

  DON'T THINK YOU CAN DO AN MOBILE ORDER AND IT WILL BE EFFECIENT. I spent 15-20 minutes waiting for a mobile order because the qr code at the drive in didn't work and the runner who made eye contact with me multiple times didn't think to come up to my window and find out what was going on, after 5-7 minutes I finally waved him down after he handed off the order to the car behind me. IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY DO NOT THINK YOU CAN JUST DRIVE THRU AND IT WILL BE QUICK BECAUSE THE USUAL AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYONE HAS GROWN ACCUSTOMED TO IS NOT PRESENT AT THIS LOCATION. I reached out to management and it was like talking to a deer in headlights, the response was well idk what to say without being able to look at your phone. No apology or responsibility was taken. DONT WASTE YOUR time unless you are retired or have no where to be.

  This has the be the worst chic fil a on earth. I will not be back to this location and I will more than likely call corporate due to the terrible service. I went in as a door dasher to pick up an order. I was at the side counter for about 7 minutes before having to yell out to one of the employees who I was there to pick up an order for. Then had to wait an additional 7-10 minutes before finally getting the order. All while I see people on their phones, the manager or team lead is talking to a police officer giving superb service to him and going above and beyond. They better be glad I was door dashing because they would have gotten cursed out. All white young crew working. They could care less about customer service. I’ll never come back they suck and are a bad representation of the establishment.
