My fries were dark (meaning old oil or cooked too long) & my sandwich was just ok. The food & customer service used to be Grade A. It seems as if the food here doesn't have much flavor or seasoning anymore. Shift back to quality instead of quantity.

This genuinely made my trip to Florida ten times better: the cashiers were so kind, all the staff was willing to help, but even more surprising, all the customers were SO nice as well! The whole business seemed to operate on a culture of generosity and hospitality. We joked at our table if this was what heaven felt like, we loved it here!
