- PPPrivate4 days ago1.0I am filing this review because my experience with a manager named Jerry at this Chick-fil-A has gone far beyond uncomfortable and into outright harassment. Every time I came into the store, Jerry repeatedly approached me, made unwanted advances, and continued to hit on me despite clear disinterest. It got so uncomfortable that I began avoiding going inside altogether. However, the situation escalated in a way that is completely unacceptable. Jerry used my name from my order to search for me online and began contacting me outside of work. He proceeded to send me unsolicited explicit photos and continued harassing me digitally. This is not just unprofessional. This is invasive, inappropriate, and deeply disturbing behavior from someone in a management position. No employee, let alone a manager, should ever be using customer information to track someone down and send explicit content. I attempted to resolve this by calling the store, but the fact that I even had to do that speaks volumes. This behavior is a complete violation of customer trust and does not reflect the standards Chick-fil-A claims to uphold. At this point, this needs to be taken seriously at a corporate level. Until this is addressed appropriately, I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others.

I showed them proof of my credit card exchange and that it was pulled out of my credit card yet. They still refuse to give me a frosted soda. Awful service. It was a girl serving me and she was so rude.
