    Don't order a milkshake for delivery, all you receive is a small, I'm very disappointed! I thought it would be larger for the amount of money spent.

    Staff is incompetent. I asked for a water bottle, got tap instead and when I asked to upgrade they tried charging me for a bottle at full price. It’s not about the money but the principle here… do better.

    1. I noticed that under Ben Bryant's new ownership, this location's most recent reviews have low ratings. This is my recent experience: I was the only customer at the counter, still both items were prepared wrong. I spoke with Chauncy. Her demeanor was immedietely accusatory and confrontational. She tells me she wants the food I had opened, and taken a bite of given back (breaching health code and Chick Fil A company policy.) 2. Showed recepit. Instead of an apology Chauncy looked annoyed and chose to argue. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She Refused. Coldly said he was UNAVAILABLE, even though I had just seen him walk by. 3. Finally Ben Bryant comes up. He begans to berate me in a voice so loud, other customers began to notice. It was embarrasing. To calm Him down, I apologize for any inconvenience. I simply didn't know their new policy. Instead of responding kindly, he proceeds to say (very Loudly) "NEXT TIME... JUST...SO...YOU...KNOW, WE WILL NOT REFILL any seasonal lemonades. JUST SO YOU KNOW. So you cannot say YOU were not told!!! I said, "No worries. Sorry, I thought they were refillable. It's okay." He RAISES his voice again and says, WELL NEXT TIME You WILL KNOW! So YOU CANNOT SAY YOU DON'T!!! DO YOU DON'T WANT THE DRINK OR NOT??" I say, "It okay, if you don't mind okay? " He acts annoyed and proceeds to slam the ice out and says Again, JUST MAKE SURE YOU KNOW FOR NEXT TIME. I said, "Ben, telling an adult new polcy information once, is instruction. Saying it loudly over and over and over is embarrasing and condescending. I came in simply to have a nice breakfast before work. Especially since my husband just passed. With no feeling, Chauncy coldly says, " I know (he's dead) 3. I did not expect to be yelled at over something so trivial. I would not have done this to a customer. Especially a loyal customer. He looks angry as I walk away, and yells loudly as I walk away (for the sixth time), WEL I WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THAT WE DON'T AND WON'T REFILL SEASONAL DRINKS. It was the owner, Ben Bryant, who was raising his voice, was unkind, and condescendingly unprofessional
