  La atención en este sitio es LA PEOR experiencia para cualquier persona. Realmente son demasiado perezosos, trabajan sin ganas, y una atención HORRIBLE. A parte de eso, la hora de cierre HOY es a las 10:00 PM. Y llegue a las 9:26 PM y simplemente tenían todo recogido. El empleado salió de la tienda en su vehículo a las 09:36 PM. Esto es patético. Deberían modificar los horarios y poner la hora correcta para no hacer perder el tiempo a los clientes.

  Probably the worst, most poorly run Charleys ever to exist. Very sad the state of this place. Hope someone buys it out and fixes the problems.

  Absolutely terrible!!!! They wouldn't know a cheesesteak if it jumped up and slapped them. Got a meal, traditional cheesesteak, hardly any steak, 2 small pieces, when asked why there was so little steak, he responded "I dont known". Don't waist your time or money here.

  The floor was so sticky I almost lost my shoes. Asked what was up with the floor. Girl just made a face. The employees do not seem to care. I almost told them to keep my food. Not sure if anything by is clean there.
