  Estuve el lunes y me atendieron de una manera muy agradable el pan q me prepararon estuvo de lo más rico las papas estaban en su punto le recomiendo mucho el lugar por la calidad de los alimentos y el buen tratado

  I ordered from Uber Eats and received wings that had no sauce? Why would I pay $20 for plain wings and fries not to mention when I call the store no one answers. This is my first time trying this new location out and probably my last literally just a waste of money. The only way you can ensure that your food will be correct is if you are physically in the store. No sauce on the wings was just lazy why have a job if you don’t want to work ?

  Worst Charleys I’ve ever had (2xs) now. I ordered a philly through doordash and it only hand Steak, Cheese, and Bell peppers on it when it arrived.. None of the other items I asked for was on the sandwich, so I had to drive all the way to the store (no one answered the phone). Upon arriving, the girl looked at my receipt & said “the only things we missed were *blank* & *blank*.” which was besides the point #1, and fasle #2 because it was more than just the two she mentioned. When I stated the other item, she tried to argue that I said “no” to it, when in turn I did not & that was not what the receipt said. No apology was given for in the inconvenience or anything, didnt even have the decency to cut it in half for me after all of that. I would stay away from this location until they get CONSIDERATE help
