Don’t pre-order from this restaurant they have poor time management skills. I ordered to go off the app as I regularly get Cava from other locations. I came in at the stated time for my pick up and waited an additional 25 min. Others were also standing and waiting on to go orders

DO NOT EAT HERE. They served me completely raw meat that i ingested before i realized. This is the third time we’ve ordered from here. The first time was missing extra additions that i paid for and the second time i specifically removed any dairy and it was not removed and mixed in to where I couldn’t eat it. Now the third time the meat was completely raw. The staff is incredibly rude and when you try and call the phone doesn’t work. How are they still in business? Only eat here if you aren’t scared of food poisoning

I had such a great experience thanks to one of the CAVA workers today! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and really patient while I decided what I wanted. They took the time to explain the options, made thoughtful suggestions, and didn’t rush me at all.
What stood out the most was their positive attitude and attention to detail—they made sure my bowl was prepared exactly how I wanted it and even checked to see if I needed anything else before I left. You can tell they genuinely care about customer experience, and it made my visit so much better.
It’s employees like this that keep me coming back. Truly appreciate the great service! Ozzie,derion John

Usually I’ll get cava on occasion if I’m craving it but the last time I went (yesterday) as soon as I ate the bowl I felt quite naseous and sick, I ended up falling asleep after eating it and waking up to acid reflux. My stomach did not like what it ate. Usually I can handle any food, I’m not a picky eater, not allergic to anything, but whatever I ate yesterday did not sit well with me.
Also the inside had no A/C, I felt bad for the workers in there, because how are you gonna work with no A/C? lol. Seems like a health code violation.

I’m never one to leave a bad review and I’ve tried time and time again to go to this location, giving them grace, thinking maybe they are just having a bad day. But every single time without fail there is an issue. Missing food, wrong order, online order not ready after 30-45 mins after it said it would be. Just overall horrible service. My recommendation if you want to eat here, don’t. But if you’re absolutely determined to order at this location, you are better off going in store and standing in the line even if long. They will not put the online orders on the shelf when ready, they let the food just sit in the back and then ignore you for upwards of 30 mins meanwhile they prioritize the line and not people who have ordered way ahead of time and already paid. This experience overall was just horrible. They have a line for online orders for me to just stand there for 20 mins meanwhile people are being checked out and I was not even acknowledged by the staff then to be told the order was right when it was missing an item. I had to ask a customer if I could cut them real quick so I I can speak to the cashier for her to acknowledge me. What type of service is that then just for her to go back there and bag it up. So, thanks for cold and late food.
