  This location used to be so good and my go to when I didn’t feel like cooking, but the last several months has really gone downhill! This is no longer a place I will be going. Atleast not ordering from this location. Did an Uber Eats order and paid $3 for avocado I never received and then did another order where the sauce, broccoli, feta and rice was missing! And then the lamb tasted off. I know the same people aren’t there anymore and it shows. Very frustrating to pay $20 for food and you don’t get what you asked for and quality is bad. Disappointing!

  I had an incredible experience at CAVA! The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the atmosphere was just genuinely good. A special shoutout to Chris, luis, and Kenneth for making my visit so memorable. I’ve been a fan of CAVA for a while now, but this place definitely ranks as one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’m definitely coming back!

  Kenneth Kris and Luis were literally amazing they make this an experience vs just getting food and the quality of the food just WOW you can really tell they care about the product I’ve been to multiple cavas but sometimes the people really make it and Kenneth Kris and Luis really did for me ! Please protect them and keep them we need more nice people in this world with GOOD AMAZING attitudes just happy to be here it really helps after a long day and I love this this will be my go to cava hands down because of them ! RAISE THEM NOW PLEASE

  THE BEST CAVA IN JACKSONVILLE PERIOD KENNETH KRIS AND LUIS WERE AMAZING AND MADE THE EXPERIENCE MORE THAN GETTING FOOD I LIVE 20 MINUTES AWAY AND I HAVE TO SAY THEY ARE THE REASON I DRIVE SO FAR AND MAKE IT WORHT IT WITHOIY THEM THIS STORE WOULD NOT BE THE SAME PLEASE GIVE THEM RAISE

  do not ever do an online order here because they get really greedy with the potions and give you half a bowl when you are not in front of them watching them. the last two times I've been here they gave me tiny food portions that it does not even fill me up, never going to Cava again instead the chipotle next to it is much better.
