  I know it’s a chain, but their food is really great! I love the simplicity of the pomodoro sauce and Carrabba’s just makes them perfectly! I have tried their Chicken Piccata and Marsala and both were excellent! We also enjoyed their chicken skewers, although on our last visit we noticed that the pieces were smaller, oh well, still taste great and the bread that comes with it were crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, so good with the sauce! Service was fast and our serve was great!

  We came here for my mom's 77th birthday and they made it very special and amazing I tried one of their limited time deals and it was calabrian chicken skewers it was very very good it was spicy but I added some linguine noodles with it and it was excellent. My mom ordered chicken marsala and she loved it. My husband ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and he liked it. The cheese sticks were great as well but the best part of the meal was the Chocolate Dream dessert man was it a great. But what made this stand out was our server her name is KAILENE she's the one who suggested we try the chicken skewer dinner and she was very informed and gave such amazing suggestions as well as was a wonderful and thoughtful server. She had everyone come out and sing Happy Birthday to my mom and was very attentive. Please ask for her when you come we will definitely be coming back to this location because of her.

  I had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant. I ordered online with a curbside pickup time of 6:30 p.m. I arrived and parked my car for at least 15 minutes before going inside to wait another 15 minutes. The restaurant was completely empty, and the staff didn’t acknowledge me or the other four people waiting for their food. To make matters worse, when I finally got my food, I realized I was missing several items. I ordered the steak and shrimp Tuscan pasta, but it only had two slices of steak and three shrimp. The pasta was clumped together and dry, which was definitely not what I had paid for. The service and quality of the food at this location have definitely declined.

  Atmosphere, service and food all incredible! Maria was fabulous and so very kind. She offered a portable charger to charge one of our children’s devices in order to get through dinner! She brought ice cubes for the soup for my daughter (too hot for a baby) and the personal touches of her service were meaningful and were so very nice of her. Probably will only come back to this San Jose location! It’s wonderful. Got the shrimp and scallop linguine with sangria and all the sides were fabulous.

  We ordered the curbside pick up tonight and I have to say, Emily did an outstanding job!! She came out after we pulled up to ask us if there was an order we are waiting on, in which we made it there early and understood that it would not be ready yet. She asked us if we needed anything else before the order was ready, so we had absolutely everything we wanted that we may have forgotten to ask for when placing the original order and it really made our night and our dinner amazing!! Her personality was so bubbly and she deserves to be recognized!! Great job Emily!!
