  My bf and I went friday night and had the best experience, our waiter Caleb, From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was his positive attitude and how he went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across service like that, and it definitely made our visit more enjoyable. If you get the chance, ask for Caleb—you won’t be disappointed!

  Even though there are several Carrabba’s in Florida, this one is special for me and my husband. The service is always efficient and friendly. We have many particular requests and they always follow through with a smile. I love the different fruit flavored sangrias. Our server, Kenzie,, was very attentive and checked on us, during our meal to make sure we were content and see if we needed to refill a drink. The prices are fair and we gave our favorite dishes.

  Me and my family walked in to the restaurant at 1:45pm. We didn’t receive our food until 3:00pm. The cause of this is the fact that one dish was made wrong. Due to this issue the food was cold. Our waitress walked past us about 8 times and didn’t tell us what the hold up was. My son ordered a steak cooked well done. His steak came out to medium. My wife ordered the Johnny Trio and it was made wrong the first time and cold the second. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at this restaurant. me and my family will not be returning. Save your money and get real authentic Italian food.

  Outstanding customer service provided by our server Dori. Wonderful smile and personality, kept our water glass filled, she made sure our food arrived at the correct temperature, asked if we needed anything while we enjoyed our dinner. Our food was great and delivered and on time, we also enjoyed our appetizer. Dori, your food and drinks are the reasons we continue to visit your restaurant. 😄🙏🏾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I’m thrilled to leave this well‑earned 5‑star review for the Orange Park Carrabba’s Italian Grill! Our visit didn’t start off perfectly, but manager Jamal and our amazing server Ari completely transformed the experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. The food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious, and the service was attentive from start to finish. Huge thank you to Jamal and Ari for going above and beyond — you turned our birthday dinner into something exceptional!
