  Every single time I order or sit down here for food, it always takes forever for someone to do their job. Today specifically I was running late for my pickup time so I called 6 TIMES with no answer. When I finally got there I saw it was completely empty, yet nobody was able to answer a simple call? Once I got to takeout it was me and one other person. Again very empty, every single server looked at us and walked past or ignored us. The servers were just standing around talking to each other for the most part. After asking a server if we could get help at takeout she gave me a nasty look and then went to get the girl working takeout. The girl working takeout was very kind and apologized, she was completely fine but every single server that looked and just continued doing nothing was extremely rude and unprofessional. These types of interactions happen every time I come to this location.

  Ordered the boneless 10- piece and somehow Gandolf the Great Chef turned my boneless wings into bone-in wings!

  By far, the absolute worst service I have ever seen in my life. Sat at the bar for half an hour on a slow Monday night and not a single person acknowledged I was there or asked if I needed anything to eat or drink. I have never seen such a blatant lack of effort or care from a staff. I will never be going back.

  on february 11th I Placed an order online under Christian Hernandez at this location and did not receive the large tater tots i ordered. Got all the way home they weren't in the bag so I attempted to call twice and got no answer...Drove back up to the location and spoke with shift manager Elijah at 12:30 who informed me that they already shut down the fryers even though they closed at 1am and that I "could've called" when i saw my order wasn't fulfilled. This is incredibly rude to try to twist the situation into something that I, the person who paid for something could've done, when I did in fact call twice...he pointed over to where the phone is at the carry out location and of course no one was working any where near it and responded oh you did call "i'll make sure we do a better job keeping someone over there." He offered to refund the tots but offered me nothing for the inconvenience he and this establishment caused me having to drive there twice before i could even eat my food. He was super rude and unapologetic and acted like i was the one who did something wrong. He also provided me no receipt of refund or proof that i would be refunded at all. He said they have my name and card in the system and can provide the refund through there however provided no proof so lord knows if i'll actually get my money back. I would stay far away from here as they do dishonest business, especially shift manager Elijah who offered no type of reconciliation. very disappointed and will never place an order here again.
