I went to the Bojangles in order to get a meal went through the drive-through and no one would respond. I drove up to the window. You could see associates inside working but no one came to the window and I watched three cars try to go through drive-through and no one responded offering to take orders. I’m reaching out because I feel like you should know as a business owner that this is lost sales for your company if this happens often. I ended up going down the street to the Arby’s and got great service i.
