  We came in from a long road trip with kids. Hungry and exhausted we ordered food. The staff were so kind and thoughtful to our family. They went out of their way to try to accommodate our kiddos tastebuds and make sure they were well fed! Niya and Taylor were on shift and made my wife and kids feel like family! Thanks.

  Went here after flying into the Jacksonville airport, we decided to dine in today, the gentlemen who took our order was very good and friendly, when our order was called a young lady was rude to us handing our food to us and when we asked for our coffee she just rolled her eyes made our coffee and said we don't have cream here, then we needed condiments and she was even more disrespectful. We stopped here often in the mornings when we fly in and never had such terrible service. The restaurant was not busy this morning either.

  Lady with tattoos She is ، Snooty، Stuck-up، Condescending and Uppity. I came here and i always came to eat here but not any more, I ordered large size , ( see photo ) paid $13,99 first it . I wasn't happy , I pulled my card and asked the cashier to give me more small size , At these point I told the cashier am not happy with the portion, she was standing in kitchen wearing dirty work T shirt, She volunteerlly came in and took over the cashier and she told me , in toon ( if you don't like I can give you a refund but am not selling you any more ) And I said yes, she refunded me she throw the food on trash, and And she want to go for verbal altercation ( including she gonna call to police to escort me out ) wow drama girl, she is old of my dughter. I walk after received my refund to the branch manager and explained all to here 2hu h she is nice lady she heard me , And am telling you all now lady with a tattoo has problem she my stop here post and take anther post to great problem.
