  Love this location. Always clean. Good service and employees are very nice. If you're traveling it's right off 95 and US 1 across from the Avenues Mall.

  I ordered two regular sandwiches, no special order, on door dash. My driver had to wait 35 minutes for my order to be made. It took him less than 5 minutes to arrive after receiving the order. My sandwiches were almost cold. When I called the store, they said they couldn’t hear me, so I told them I would call back. They responded ok( even though they suggested they couldn’t hear me.) I called back repeatedly and never got an answer. They decided to not take accountability for cold food. I will not be ordering anything else from this store.

  I ordered the Hawaiian fish sandwich, along with the side of jalapeno poppers with a side of bronco berry sauce. My order was taken promptly at the drive-thru, and I received it pretty quickly once at the window. The woman at the window was polite and efficient. Although my sandwich looked like maybe it was stepped on, it was still good and so was the side I ordered. This was a refreshing experience because ordering the simplest items on any menu at any fast food. Restaurants in Jacksonville has become incalculably painful. I would recommend this Arby's location over any nearby competitor.
